I use to see reviews that were pretty negative but I thought to use my own judgment. This location is clean, sizable, and cheaper than most. I usually go to a different one, however the lady who works there spoke and she’s nice and friendly. I had my mattress cover spill water and she was patient and helpful. There is a man not sure if he’s her husband but he works at night and I lost my quarters in a machine that has plastic bags. My son asked him for a bag and he held on to it for dear life even though we mentioned that we lost our money in the machine. I thought it was rather rude to ask customers for more money when the money that the machine took should have been reimbursed. I could care less about .75 it’s the principle. This man walks around literally watching everyone which is very uncomfortable. I can understand safety but you want to have compassion when working with the public not just watching people when there is no suspicious anything. I will return to this location in the day when that man isn’t there.
