We had set a timer for 30 min wash cycle , went to Wendy’s next door and waited in line a little longer than expected , when timer went off we immediately went back and because we were 2 mins late , the owner had gloves on and was taking our clothes out of the washer and putting in trash bags .

The reviews are right the manager or owner is unprofessional and was just rude. Didn't even get a chance to put my money into the machine but I'm glad didn't because I left, I'll just go somewhere I can wash my clothes like a normal laundromat!
