We are not from here but my husband had an LVAD, bypass, reconstructive surgery a month ago. We were blessed to find a place to live while here but when he was released two Saturdays ago, I had 2 months of clothes to do. I tried doing them here but the washer and dryers are on floors 2 thru 6 and they are coin laundry machines and only one set on each floor. My attempt to do our laundry was extremely stressful. So I decided to try a Laundromat where I could see if they could do it because I can't leave him for long periods. I found this laundry mat and I called. The lady working there was extremely nice and as I dropped it off clarified what I wanted because my husband's towels and wash clothes have to be separate from everything else. When I went to pick it up I was shocked I had 84lbs of laundry but again the lady was super kind and nice and talking about her plans for the day.

Sounds odd but when you are 7 hours from your home and have no one to talk to other than Drs and nurses it's nice to have a normal conversation with someone.

She helped me with getting the 7 bags of now clean and folded laundry to the truck and was just amazing. I know a long review but it was truly a wonderful and meaningful experience. It was my first time having to have someone else do my laundry. I would definitely recommend. It's not a huge place but appeared very clean and she was wonderful. I wish her all the best and recommend this laundry mat!

Quiet, nice but the machine that you can buy detergent and such took my money and didnt dispense. Nobody to talk to. Dryer are a hit and miss.

Ive been to plenty of laundromats throughout the Cleveland area and this one was by far my best experience. All of the washers and dryers worked perfectly and the employee courtney was very helpful. Would definitely recommend going to this laundromat 5/5 stars.

Had to come here on a business run for a big production to wash. When I say I had a great experience, Courtney was an absolute dear. She didn’t have to know exactly why I was there to give me the genuine exceptional customer service she gave.

I just kept it plainly that I’m on a business run and need receipts for every purchase. Along with the printed card receipt to receive the quarters, she had hand written every purchase following that. Wash was fast, delicate dry was great, any questions I had, were answered.

If you’re in a run and dry cleaning takes too long, drive out to Parma and visit Courtney. She’s a doll. Keep her around Simple Clean and pay her extra. 🤙🏽💕

Visited today to wash some large comforters that do not fit in a normal sized washer. There were plenty of washers in several diff sizes including the large washers that accommodate these thicker comforters. All machines worked, everything was clean and there was a restroom and an attendant, which was the best part. Some laundromats feel kind of creepy when u r there alone or with one other stranger. Appreciate having someone on staff there as well.

Recently moved into the area and was looking for a new laundry mat. I stopped at this one around the corner and was very impressed facilities were clean and equipment was very up to date. The wifi also comes in handy while I work. The young lady Courtney was very informative about helping me with different options. Friendly too! Highly recommended will be coming here regularly!
