This is a quaint laundromat. Very small, clean and not many big load washers. But the pricing is very affordable compared to others. The attendant was very friendly. Only came here because I was in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

I've been in retail for 30+ years and the first thing I judge a business by is their bathroom(s). Simply Clean's was well stocked, very clean, and no offensive odors. The washing machines and dryers are kept up as if they are brand new. Prices are very affordable! The floor and trash cans are kept clean. They have laundry supplies should you need them. The prices are comparable to other local laundromats I've been to.

But the BEST is the customer service! It's not often you get warmly greeted with a smile and an actual "Welcome" when you walk into a laundromat, but I was, and it was delightful. Our conversation thereafter was very helpful and informational, as well.

So if you are a local resident, driving through town like me, or traveling into the area, I highly recommend Simply Clean for your laundry needs. I'll be back for sure!

Everything is great except Maryann. She is rude every time I come. I have also applied for a job opportunity they have open and I believe she is the reason why. Very nasty attitude and as much time as she has down she should have the place spotless but I had to clean the toilet with bleach I had so I could use the toilet. It was covered in pee and the floor always has a lot of pieces of paper all over the bathroom and the main floor she leaves used lint sheets everywhere. Just a lot of sitting and playing on the phone and going out for a cigarette break at least 3 times within the 2.5 hours I am there doing my laundry.

Loved this place for a while. The lady tonight with short gray hair and glasses is very rude. Throwing a fit that she can’t close early because we came in. Then yelled she won’t refund any money again if my kids chips get stuck. Not friendly at all.

Absolutely horrible experiences every time I come here with the older lady running the place. I try time and time again to bring a positive attitude in there but never fails to get met with attitude, passive aggressive comments, and obvious dirty looks/stares in which I am very fed up with. I’ve witnessed the first hand tone and attitude switching when greeting the white skinned customers compared to when I enter and exit the establishment or when I simply ask to purchase laundry detergent or quarters from them I either get a snarky attitude or accused of being some other black guy trying to get quarters for outside use, by the skinny taller woman, when my clothes are literally already sitting in the washer that they watched me bring in to the point where I have to consistently plead that they have me confused with someone else. I have watched the older woman be disrespectful and talk as if there is a lack of intelligence toward a black couple when they simply had concerning questions about the operation of the front load washers due to it being their first time there and they didn’t see any soap suds forming while watching the washer with the water was flowing for 15minutes. The environment always feels shady when I arrive and after finally having enough will no long visit the establishment. Fair warning to any other people of color, you may want to stay away if this is the closest laundromat to you, recommend taking the drive elsewhere.

I come all the way from the east side just to come to this laundromat. The staff are great. The bathroom is always clean and fresh and they have services where you can drop your clothes off and they will wash them for you. They will iron them for you and other things. You don't have to worry about quarters or cash? They have a way to get you quarters with a credit card. It's just wonderful. There's nothing in Cleveland like it.

One of the best laundry mats I’ve ever been to. The lady who works the counter, Courtney, is always incredibly attentive and helpful. She’s just so sweet and makes the whole experience enjoyable.
