I was supposed to pay $9 total for a wash and dry and instead was charged $25. They could not refund the money. Would not recommend

It was my first time there and for whatever reason the pay app wasn’t working for me. The manager made a call and couldn’t figure it out, so he dug into his own pocket, pulled out a twenty and got quarters for me. How hospitable. The place …

DON’T SAY YOU HAVE WIFI IF IT DOESN’T WORK PROPERLY. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING. You didn’t have WiFi for over a month once, while advertising that you did.
