Up in Maine for a camping vacation and needed to do some laundry. Did the self-service laundry.

Washing a small load with cold water was $4.25 and took 18 minutes to wash.

The single-use pack of laundry detergent was $1.25, and a pack of 2 dryer sheets was $1.25.

The dryer cost $0.25 for 3 minutes. I dry my clothes on low temp. It took 30 minutes to dry and cost a total of $2.50.

Spent $9.25 in total for one load of laundry.

There were 12 washing machines out of service and 4 dryers out of service. The change dispenser at the front was out of service, as was the Pepsi machine.

The folding stations and wheeled baskets were clean and in good condition. Trash cans were not overflowing. The floors were clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

First time there and will not go back. We are camping in the area, so we decided to try it. Way to expensive. Went in with $14.00 in quarters and had to get another $10.00 dollars to finish and only had 3 loads of washing. One of the attendees had a personality of a rock. Would not recommend busy bee.

Great place, granted there were a few broke machines when I was there last time, but it's clean and the staff is great. Cashier never has a issue trading cash for quarters and there's food and entertainment in the little mall is located in to pass the time.

The service is exceptional (the staff are friendly and helpful). One of their dryers overheated and the staff was kind enough to reimburse the dryer fee (not once but twice). Also, they offer loyalty perks.

I used Soap Bubble laundry service for my disabled friend. They have been AMAZING! The text and voice communications have been fantastic. I love getting automated text reminders of when my laundry is due to be picked up and dropped off. In addition, when my friend has forgotten to put out the laundry to be picked up we were called as a reminder. Highly recommended!
