Well a lady took my clothes out of the washer and just sat my clean clothes to the side. And just pushed them to the side. Nobody should be touching anybody’s belongings at all. There isn’t a number for me to complain. So I will just make it a review. Not acceptable.

Might not be the most cleanest place but they try. I have seen roaches and I also seen an exterminator as well. The bathroom is gross but hey I get my laundry done at an affordable price. The staff there is always nice. However you guys should hire security.

I don't use this place but I see everyone else using it and it's usually packed the best times to go would be late at night as it's open till 10:30pm. They have free drying. Just got to watch yourself it is a little rough in that area. People tend to mind their own. I made an edit they r not open 24hrs. anymore.

The concept is great. However most of the employees seems to be Addicts in their active addiction and there was a host of there friends that were too. They hung out in front and on the inside. I watched several transactions. The older couple that worked that night tried their best to keep busy doing their work. But there were young guys that repeatedly went behind the counter. It was very scary with all the activities that was going on. The place was clean. But I wouldn't go back there it's to dangerous.

They are open 24 hrs, the machines are well-maintained, and the staff is helpful and polite. Free drying is great... But only half the dryers are free, so don't go during busy times if you want to be sure to get a free dryer

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s a nice laundromat. However the homeless people and addicts are a problem. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR WINDOWS ROLLED DOWN OR CAR UNLOCKED FOR ANY AMOUNT OF TIME WHILE YOUR DOING LAUNDRY. DO NOT LEAVE THINGS LIKE KEYS, MONEY, PURSES, OR PHONES IN YOUR CAR WITH THE WINDOWS DOWN. I stopped by McDonald’s to get two McGriddles and left them in the car while I was doing laundry, which was only 10-15 mins inside. Do you know they went in my van and stole the McGriddles? This was early in the morning. I’m not tripping, it’s just pathetic. Guys sleeping on the sidewalk, garbage everywhere, people trying to sell stuff. It’ll be a 5 star laundromat if they can stop all them guys from loitering and throwing garbage everywhere but then again they loiter around the whole plaza and behind the plaza by Family Dollar so a lot of nice businesses like this one are affected. This place and The Mat on Lorain(W.98th area) are the only laundromats I used because of the free drying.

This is my favorite laundry mat on the West side of Cleveland. The staff is always friendly, and keep the place nice and clean. The machines work well, reasonably priced and free drying. I drive past 2 other laundry mats to come here instead. Definitely recommend.

The workers are very friendly and make you feel at home. Always clean and the dryers dry really fast so you're in and out! I also love the machine that gets the extra water out of your clothes! I stay on the eastside and I still come here. Keep up the good work!

This place Has so Many Stragglers hanging out on the inside the visit makes you feel very nervous and the attendant doesn't make it better.
So tonight I go here like I've been doing since I was 12yrs old. I'm putting my clothes in the washer to look up and see a man recording me.So I say why are you recording me he then says he's not but he didn't know the flash was on.Mind you I'm alone so he then wants to argue with me and I then ignore him and walk outside to call my Protector to come be with me,but it's what happens next that baffles me the man dissappear but never left the building
he was stashed in the bathroom i then go outside to sit in my car and when i do i see the attendant at the door holding it wide open as if she were looking for someone she then waves her hand as in like come on then the guy recording me reappeared.Left before my Guy got there this is no longer a safe place to go alone or with your children.
