Dirty floors, trash strewn about, messy place. Sure the dryers are free, but the weak dryer was hampered by a poor spin in the ill-maintained washer. Place is suffering from an apparent lack of maintenance. Vending and change machines worked fine.

The workers are very friendly and make you feel at home. Always clean and the dryers dry really fast so you're in and out! I also love the machine that gets the extra water out of your clothes! I stay on the eastside and I still come here. Keep up the good work!

I can not fathom how this business functions. And worst, how these employees treat customers.

One lady took my order, apparently she didn’t do it. I come back 4 hours later and the other lady says I cannot do your laundry because I didn’t take your order. Am I supposed to manage the employees shift or get a service done that I already paid for?

This place Has so Many Stragglers hanging out on the inside the visit makes you feel very nervous and the attendant doesn't make it better.
So tonight I go here like I've been doing since I was 12yrs old. I'm putting my clothes in the washer to look up and see a man recording me.So I say why are you recording me he then says he's not but he didn't know the flash was on.Mind you I'm alone so he then wants to argue with me and I then ignore him and walk outside to call my Protector to come be with me,but it's what happens next that baffles me the man dissappear but never left the building
he was stashed in the bathroom i then go outside to sit in my car and when i do i see the attendant at the door holding it wide open as if she were looking for someone she then waves her hand as in like come on then the guy recording me reappeared.Left before my Guy got there this is no longer a safe place to go alone or with your children.

Met a very nice lady that often volunteers and helped with my laundry and didn’t ask for anything in return. The washing and drying was very quick. Only complaint was cleanliness.
