I’ve been coming here for years and find the owner and all his staff very helpful and attentive whenever I have any questions or issues. Most of my problems are simply user error so I appreciate their patience with me. Sometimes there is a machine or two that are out of order but they said they will be getting all new machines soon so I’m excited about that.

Place is bigger than I thought. Plenty of washers and driers. Place was clean. It had been at least 15 years since I used a laundromat and was pleasantly surprised that you can swipe your card on both washers and driers for cashless washing.

Highway Robbery and Junk Machines

They charge you 25 cents for 4 MINUTES of drying here. Also, the machines don't work. They don't close properly and constantly swing open. DONT go here. Go to Wash Tub Laundry and Drying at 332 Tunxis Hill Road, Fairfield.

Although it’s located at a convenient location do not, I repeat, do not do your laundry there. The washers and dryers are run down. They simply don’t work. They stop mid cycle and would need to wash your clothes over. They dryers will stop after 15 seconds and will loose time, therefore will need to add more money. When you bring the issue up to the assistant he simply disregards the issue and answers with a question. He is fully aware that the machines do not work and needs to be replaced or serviced. It’s an old laundry mat simply look for ones that are newer.
