I finally brought my car in to the Lynnhaven Holland Road location for a detail after a recent road trip with my kids. I opted to have the interior vacuumed and conditioned and also a cleaning on the outside. It took almost five hours to be completed. When I picked up the car the guy was talking about how he only got a $1 tip for the entire day. So I went ahead and just gave him a $10 tip and left. Upon returning home I realized that they're still sunflower seeds under my seat, dead bugs all over the front of my car and overspray on the plastic areas of the interior that was not wiped up as well as the corners of the seat panels and parts of the dashboard was not wiped properly. The seats also still had spots on them that I easily wiped up myself . Since they were already closed last night when I realized it, I spent the majority of today finishing up the detailing of my car. Definitely not worth the $90 plus tip. The whole point of me dropping it off was because I did not have time to do it myself.

Would not recommend. Paid for full service platinum. Windows are smeared, one wasn’t even touched. Didn’t even wipe down ANY of the doors at all. Didn’t vacuum the trunk or wipe it down. Manager apologized and gave refund (offered for another pass through with a different technician after bad mouthing the technician who clean our vehicle). Went to autobell with no issues!

Took my son's first car here for an oil change and interior detail. It being a Saturday morning I knew it would take awhile and it did...no worries, they were spot on with the time estimate.
When we picked it up, we checked the quality of work...it was outstanding. We had a couple of questions that Tim was patient in answering very thoroughly.
Very satisfied with the level of customer service and quality of work.
Will ABSOLUTELY go back here to have my car done.

Yusuf the manager was extremely professional. They did an amazing job on my truck. Unfortunately I came in 30 minutes before close and they still stayed late to make my truck look like new.jaique and Deondre did an Amazing job. Please tip these guys they work hard and deserve it!!! Will come back and recommend to everyone I know

Earlier this week, my water bottle ended up leaking in my passenger seat and created this HUGE water stain 😭 desperate to get my seats looking decent again, a coworker told me about this place and decided to give it a try since the prices were actually reasonable. I must say, they exceeded my expectations. The 2 ladies that did my car made sure I was taken care of and my car hasn’t looked this great in a while. Definitely will be coming back in the future!

Edit: looking back at one of the pictures, I’ve noticed that there is still a water spot on my backseat, so I have to take a star away on that. But besides that spot, the rest of the car looks great.

While my car looks clean there are a few issues:
1. There is SO much "oil" in the car. Its everywhere. I feel like it needs a cleaning from the cleaning.
2. My 3rd row seats were down. They did not pull the string to put them up or come to get me so they did not clean the 3rd row.
3. They cleaned the windshield and the dash with an oily substance so when the sun reflects off it you can not even see.
I would go again because of the price but these needs some improvements.

The actual car wash is good and the gentleman in the beginning who tales your money was very friendly, but the rest was not okay. I waited an hour for my car and I have the following issues: my car was not completely vacuumed (I took out my floor mat afterwards and was able to shake sand off still), my car was only halfway wiped down in the inside, there was oil residue left in a few places and I had a few handprints on the outside of my car from the people who do the final clean. My cup holders weren't even wiped down or vacuumed.

After paying $34 and tipping $6 I noticed that they had not thoroughly cleaned my parents car. I then asked the young man why wasn't the ash tray vacuumed/ cleaned after I purposely left it opened I was told "We don't do all of that!" I then asked him wasn't that part of cleaning the car, I've never had anyone tell me that at any other car wash he told me "Well that's them but we don't do all of that." I was infuriated. I will never be going back there again and I will never recommend anyone else to go there. I've never experienced such poor customer service.

Great service! I have been visiting this place for so long and never received a detail job like the one Silvia and Patty provided for my Chevy Suburban. I will definitely will like to receive clean service for my truck again from Silvia and Patty! THANK YOU for such a excellent job.
