On my way home, I drove into the setting sun. The interior of the driver‘s windshield was so streaked I could hardly see out. The area below the doors of my CRV was still dirty. Apparently their system doesn’t wash under the curved areas.R

Service is usually really good and I get my car detailed here quite often. The quality of the work varies. Sometimes it's great and sometimes is almost great. I am writing the review because on my last visit there,apprently I had 40.00 under my seat and it was found by the persons cleaning my car and returned. I thought that was pretty awesome. Also they have monthly specials but make sure and print your coupon out as they will not accept digital... Super frustrating since I had to go home to print my coupon out to then return.

First time customer, very happy with Lou's work and price was not bad.

Our car was very dirty, inside and out. Toddler spills, grime, you name it. We purchased the Platinum options throughout, plus deep cleaning rugs, plus deep cleaning seats. $240.

Best place to get your car washed and detailed Great prices If you don't mind the wait be prepared to relax for at least 45 minutes but you can't beat 30 bucks. Also military discounts apply Hope this helps ❤️

I will never recommend this place to anybody ever. I was greeted by this RUDE woman. I asked for a seat shampoo and she rolled her eyes and said no we don't have that avilable today. Followed by her shoving a list in my face of what they have available. Seemed annoyed when I asked her what the difference between two packages was. I decided on the plantinum wash with the floor mats being shampooed and cleaned (paid extra for that actually). Lady that took my payment was rude and annoyed when I asked for an approximate time. It was longer than she said but it was very busy so I didn't complain. Almost two hours after I arrive my car is done. Outside looks great! Inside looks like NOTHING WAS DONE. The front floor mats were clean and shiny. The backseat ones were untouched and still covered in dirt. Cupholders covered in dirt and hair. I send it back because that's unacceptable. They park it in front of the exit. Don't ask me to inspect. Just have a nice day. Dirt still in my floor mats. Inside still dirty. Whole reason I came was to get the interior detailed and cleaned. Obviously never coming back here again!

They did an extraordinary job at cleaning my car. I am absolutely satisfied. Every part of my car has been cleaned perfectly. Austin went above & beyond to offer great customer service. I had the complete inside out skin with seat shampoo.

Service was Quick and awesome as always!!
I think this time around when they were removing my Weathertech Matts they tugged on it without Turning

the notch causing the Right Hole to Break off..

They just put it in my Driver side cup holders Kinda Disappointed. I wish they had the Balls to at least tell me or Attempt to put it back..

It wasnt even busy at the time.

Pros: Cool staff Very friendly and chill, they dont just take your business they actually take the time to answer your questions and educate you if you want to know something. Very quick Service paid for the 25$ one and took only 20 mins(roughly Idk I was on YouTube) Took very extra care of my car and I appreciate it also let me know the 48 hour rule. Which was nice of the attendant lady she had tattoos and a piercing though I apologize I didnt get her name.

Cons: not really bad stuff but, Its at a busy street corner so coming in and Out is a bit of a challenge. Thats all honestly I felt.

Overall:I understand There was some negative reviews and I was very nervous going to this place due to the horror stories,bcuz I baby my car but In my experience everything went well. Not a member Just did a quick inter exterior clean. Would I recommend ? Yes.

I was kinda disappointed this was my first time going to this place. I paid $25 for my car to be cleaned but the didnt wipe out non of my cup holders or any of my side panels inside my car. It just looks something that waant done correctly. I could've done better than what they would've done.

Took my husband's truck in for a "gold service" which included inside and out. The outside looked great except for the truck bed...didn't realize until after I got home that they didn't wash out the bed at all (there was still a whole bunch of pollen that was just pushed to the back). The inside looked awful! They didn't clean the inside of the windshield, didn't wipe down the top of the dashboard, the cup holders weren't wiped out at all, the floor mats looked like they weren't touched and they completely missed the passenger door. I took it in the day before Easter and had a ton of running around to do so it's my fault I didn't take more time to check it before I left but this was basic stuff left undone. I assumed they were closed on Easter so I waited until Monday to call but all I could do was leave a voicemail for the manager and I never received a call back. I will not go back after this experience!

Used this company a couple of weeks ago. It was my worst experience ever. I ordered interior cleaning and immediately explained what needed to be washed. When I got my car back I was shocked. Of all that I asked - they made only a small part and that is of poor quality. I do not recommend this company to anyone! I paid $75 for everything, but in fact, such work costs $5 at most!!
