First time customer. Last time customer. We were welcomed warmly by the new GM. I had high hopes of having my month old vehicle being well-cared for. I didn't mind the extended wait for my car to be finished. I thought I was getting what I paid for, a great wash and interior clean for $45 plus tip. First thing I noticed was the tire shine wasn't evenly applied. There were many missed spots. Next was the passenger seat being left all the way up to the dash with the back arched forward. On to residue left on both front seats from bottles of cleaner. Then my side mirrors being all out of position. How hard are you wiping to even do that? Beyond the tape residue on my windshield, right in my eye line from the receipt for the wash, was scratches on my dashboard from someone's clunky watch or something. Cup holders weren't wiped out, floor mats were not secured, the back wasn't vacuumed, door thresholds weren't wiped. I would expect this from a 20 minute visit not for service that took almost an hour and a half.

Quick easy and painless. Awesome service and excellent workers. I came down from Pennsylvania with caked on salt and the exterior diamond wash cleaned my car right up

The service provided at this location was absolutely terrible. One of the employees knocked off a portion of my seats plastic cover and instead of telling me, they stuffed it in the rear passenger door. I am absolutely livid by this behavior! On top of that, the car is not clean inside. I paid for the $33 detail and I had a terrible job performed on my vehicle. I will never go to this establishment again or recommend it to anyone I know! Extremely unacceptable! I wish we could post pictures for people to see the state my car was returned to me immediately following the “cleaning” service!

Just wanted to take a moment to respond to your Google review. First and foremost, you did not buy a Detail, the service you paid for was a Platinum Plus car wash which includes an interior vacuum windows cleaned in and out, dust the dash, console and door panels, triple polish on the paint, wheels and tire shined, carnauba shine and exterior Rain X treatment. If you would like an interior detail service we would be happy to offer a discount. An Interior detail is 109.99 and will require you to drop it off for 3 to 4 hours depending on the condition. Secondly when the guys were vacuuming your car they found the plastic piece under your seat and moved it aside. When you called and spoke to the Manager he tried to have a conversation with you and explain all you needed to do was bring the vehicle for him to look at so he could try to help you out, however he could not get a word in as you were spewing obscenities at him. I have no problem with the price they charge for the car wash and detailing and I appreciate the person that went back around the car but I gave up pointing out spots. With that said the car wash was terrible. One picture I did not capture was there was mud on the front bumper and this was after they told us the car was ready. The person that dried the car, at first, used the same drying towels in the door jams as he did on the body of the car and the windshields, which of course caused scratches and spots all over the car. Never again!

UPDATE 11/2/2024: I want to start by saying that ZANE and AUSTIN were amazing! They were nothing short of helpful and assisted me in getting my issue situated. It took a little minute from my first visit with them because I had to get 3 estimates and so many body shops made me make appointments just to get an estimate. This took about a month but they were very patient and accommodating once I got the estimates. You can definitely see the change in Management and this experience was such a 180 compared to my previous experience with different management a year ago. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN TO ZANE AND AUSTIN!!!!

Previous complaint: September 8th, I took my car for a full detail with seat and carpet cleaning. The service I received from the staff here were great and they did a great job. My complaint is that once I got home, I noticed a piece was missing from my car. This is the 3rd time something is broken on my car. The first time my driver side mirror was hanging out. The Manager blamed it on me stating it was due to me having an older car and I had to come out of $450 to get it fixed. The 2nd time I went and the same thing happened to my passenger side mirror and I didn't want to deal with Management again so thankfully I found someone to fix it. After the 2nd time I haven't dealt with car spa in months. Only reason why I took it in this time was because I had a few gift cards and didn't want to waste them. I figured nothing else could go wrong but I was wrong. I didn't notice until right after I got home because I walked around the front of my car. I called car spa and they stated I had to put a complaint through customer service. No worries. I call customer service and the representative was so sweet and took down my information. I waited 2 days and didn't receive a call back. I called a 2nd time and worked with another representative who also sweet and who expedited my complaint. This was last Thursday September 12th and I have yet to talk to someone. This is ridiculous and someone should look into Management staff. I'm a manager myself so I understand the duties that come with it but to ignore customers and hope they'll disappear or pass the blame is unsat. This place used to be ran so smoothly and I don't know if there was a change in staffing but the response has definitely fumbled over time. I'm sorry to put this comment in but with not having any feedback and it's now going on 2 weeks I have no choice. Thank you

Service and quality of work is fantastic if you can get your car in. I called in yesterday at 4:15p to ask if I could drop my car off for interior detail, I was told that I should be ok to drop my car off as they stopped taking cars at 5p but the employee wanted to double check. I definitely appreciate the effort made by the employee to double-check because it turned out that they had stopped taking cars at 4:15p. Cool, that's understandable, it's pretty close to 5p anyway. I try calling today at 3 different times and only get the voicemail. No big deal, I'll just drive by because the place it right around the corner from my house. It's 2:45p now and I get into the full service line, sit for 15-20 minutes waiting before I'm approached by a gentleman that informs me they've stopped taking interior details for the day. I would love to give this place 5 stars, but their customer service and communication sure could use some improvement. Not to mention some sort of consistency in when the cut off is for accepting interior detail jobs. I get that it's mid-day, but if you say 5p is the cut off, 5p should be the cut off. I'm sure this place has done just fine without my business and will continue to do fine, but they missed out on $130 today.
UPDATE: I went in today to try again, I went in about a quarter til ten and their system was down, but Tim was extremely helpful and took my car in even with the system outage. I picked my car up after they finished and the quality of work was just as usual... SUPERB! I really appreciate the extra effort on the staff for making this possible. It's nice to be able to have such services available to provide a sense of normalcy in a time that isn't quite normal.

I have been debating whether or not to post this review but I don't want anyone to have the same experience I did...my fiancé and I went there around 5 it wasn't busy which was nice but the staff except for one guy was really rude. They did an ok job cleaning but missed the back of my car when I asked them to clean it they just used their hands did not even vacuum.
While waiting a nice lady came in who had a problem a new employee had destroyed the inside of her car she had talked to her insurance and the company who agreed to help her file a claim but the stubborn manager wouldn't help her, she had proof and everything but he wouldn't budge, no integrity.
Later on when I got back in my car I noticed my passenger seat kept thinking there was someone sitting there even though I was in the car by myself. My car has never done that before...They may have a good price but it's not worth getting your car destroyed pay a little extra and go somewhere else.

The prices used to be great and the service used to be even better. But honestly, it's gone all downhill. I spent $175 for the entire inside of my vehicle to be cleaned. It looks as if they just wiped it down. There are crumbs everywhere! Still dried food on the plastic mats. I've called customer service and am awaiting a call for an entire refund or for it to be cleaned again.

The managers here really work hard and make sure your monthly subscription gets you the money's worth. I have the gold subscription for our family vehicles and try to take them once a week. Great care and the employees bust their butts with the amount of cars that go through.
