82 reviewsThe Car Spa on North Hampton Blvd. Does a reasonably good job. I have no complaints on the wash. I had a monthly reoccurring wash plan that I was very happy with for at least a year. In December 2020 I bought a new car. I took the old sticker for the membership and turned it in to an employee and told them I wanted to continue with the plan for my new car, they put a new sticker on my car and I went through the wash. The next time I returned the gate would not open and an employee had to come over, taking there time, and told me they fixed the problem. The problem was never fixed on 5 other occasions I returned was was told by the employee the problem was fixed. It was never fixed and on my last visit I told them I wanted to cancel my membership the employee gave me a receipt indicating it was canceled. My credit card has been charged for 4 months. I have been back and talked to employees who told me they didn't know how to fix the problem. I would not do business with this company again because they apparently don't know what they are doing and I can not trust them.

I’m very sorry that you had the problems that you spoke of at our Northampton Blvd. location. Those issues would frustrate and upset me as well. The Manager that you dealt with is no longer employed at Car Spa. We all make mistakes from time to time but in your experience it was more frustrating than it should have been and also caused a financial loss. I looked up your information in our system and I will be contacting you to make arrangements to get you the proper refund for those 4 months and working out a way to get you some complimentary visits to wash your vehicle.

Poor service. We were told it would be about an hour when we got there. We waited two hours. Got into the car with our impatient toddler and the car looked almost untouched on the inside. The outside received the wash that was requested but the interior job was poor. I do not plan to return and will not be referring other to this location. **photos of one of the seats when we got back into the car**

Customer service is great! Detail was awesome! I pulled out of parking lot after getting my truck detailed. I noticed my driver side windshield wiper was missing. I returned and manager apologized and replaced both wipers for free. Highly recommend this place!

I purchased online an express seat treatment and express interior service. I arrived at 10:15 am and was told I still owed $1 still (weird). They said it would be 2.5hrs and I gave my contact info to be called when it was finished. At 3:30pm I still had not received a call, so I got a ride to see what was up. My car was just sitting there, nobody called. I had to tow my child’s car seat in an Uber because I had to pick them up from daycare. When I told the manager, he was very apologetic and gave me a handwritten note for a free wash.
I understand I didn’t purchase a full interior detail. But it looks like it wasn’t fully vacuumed even. Half the dashboard wasn’t wiped down. Big waste of time.

Went to this car wash thinking it would be different than the rest. Paid $26 for a wash, dry, vacuum, and inside dusting. When they called for my car I went out to it and it still had quite a few drops of water on it. This is not bad.
When I got it to my destination I opened the trunk and noticed there was some water in my trunk as if it was not closed all the way before it went through the wash. The next thing I went to the front of my car and found a lot of dead bugs still on my bumper which I was able to get off with the towel I had just used to dry the trunk area.
It is my fault for thinking they were doing a good job and not looking around the entire car before giving the $5 tip and leaving but you would think their standards would be much higher given the cost.
I for one will not be taking it any of my cars back there.

I heard this place was bad and always leaving streaks and whatnot. I drive for Lyft and a passenger threw up in my car last night, so I needed to find a cheap place to have interior shampooed. Car Spa is cheap for a reason. I had to wipe inside of windshield and review mirror that was sprayed and not touched, wipe dripping off the touch screen radio and wipe the spotted up side view mirrors. Seats are soaked...they put a thin thing of plastic on drivers seat I have to wash my wet pants now (only live 7mins away). Very disappointed. Over 2hrs and they didn't even do a good job. Seats are clean, but I can't work Lyft with wet seats. I'll be broke longer now! #pathetic
Got in the car the next morning...seats still soaked and windows unusable. Had to take a towel to windshield,rear window and rear view mirror (all on the inside) Soaked towel. Now I have to re do the inside of my windows

Been here twice. Both times ive left super unsatisfied. First time my car atennae broke. An atennae that has never broken in a car wash. I get that they are not responsible for atennae that get broken, but I had to find out my atennae was broken by finding it broken in the inner console. A heads up would have been warranted and professional.
Second time I specifially mentioned two stains on my passenger and drivers seat to the initial employee. I wanted treatment on these two stains. In fact the only reason why I came back to this place was to get these stains treated. I agreed to the upsale after being specially told that the $85 dollar package would be better because he would not want me to leave with these stains in place. I waited 2 hours for this job. Only to find that the stain removal wasn't even attempted. When I asked I got some lne about how the package I got didn't include seats. If it didnt include seats why have an attendant ask me what i wanted and sell me a package that didnt serve my needs?
So I was either lied to by the first guy, the second guy didnt do his job, or there is a fundamental breakdown in communication in this organization.
Everything else was...fine I guess. That is why im giving two stars. But for this pricing I am absolutely underwhelmed with the product Im receiving. I could have gone to a more affordable car wash and recieved just as good of a service for half the cost.
I am fuming, actually. I woke up early on a Saturday. Paid more for a service I didnt receive. And waited for 2 hours just to be extremely dissapointed.

Ok so I'm very new to VA all the way from TX, and I had all these little black dots all over my vehicle, many don't know they're called "artillery fungus aka shotgun fungus" comes from trees and mulch... Anyway those things DO NOT come off with a regular wash. I called this place to see if they knew how to take them off etc. thankfully the answer was yes. SO... I got here today right at 8am, and while I was there ALL DAY LONG (I expected this) the two girls that worked on my car with clay bar all over my car including the roof of my car did an amazing job. I even got a wash, polish, and a little bit of interior cleaning which I was not expecting at all..... So yes it took forever but I am completely happy, and each girl deserved more of a tip than what I gave them although I feel the tip was pretty decent, their work was worth more than I could give. I wish I had asked for their names, but thank you ladies!
P.S. I WILL be coming back.

Went to get car washed. Being that I use a wheelchair and have to get it down off my pickup truck and go inside which is difficult to do. Today April 23rd at about 3:15pm. I did this went inside side at the and no one waited on me I was there for at least fifteen minutes. Employees saw me drive and get out my truck. So I went back to my truck in a Handicap slot put my wheelchair back on the truck raised it back up and left. I had my truck washed and fully detailed in Feb 28, 25. So I thought I would go back again. I would have gotten my truck cleaned by Car Spa regularly. But they lost a customer permanently.
