I'm done with this place. I have two cars that I bring here a couple times a month for cleaning. They never do a great job, but it's passable more often then not. Only reason I continue to come is because I drag a Three year old with me and they have toys for him to play with. As a car wash will take a minimum of an hour here, the toys help a lot.

Today, brought my car in and got the platinum package. The exterior cleaning was fine. On the interior, they just forgot to do it. The car was vacuumed but that was it. Inside windows, dashboard, cup holders, door handles, etc. were not touched. They didn't even remember the air freshener (although I don't really care). But, as my kid was teetering on the edge from being there for an hour, I just left pissed off as I couldn't wait anymore. I guess the 100 bucks or so a month I blew there will start going to that new place down the street from Car Spa.

The guys are great! My 1 year old son had spilled milk in the backseat of my truck on the way home from a road trip. I didnt know he had spilt the milk until 2 days later when this horrendous smell started coming from the backseat of my truck. I tried to get it out myself with baking soda, a carpet cleaner, and even a steam cleaner with no success. I took my truck up here and the first time was around 2pm and the guy working the line said that they were not doing anymore details today. So I left. I was a little frustrated because I drove 30 minutes to get there but I understood their situation. He suggested I come back right at opening the next day and he ensures I would get in. So the next day I went back and got there an hour after they opened and was able to get the seat detail package that I wanted. They told me that it was going to be about a 5 hour wait and that they recommended that I drop it off and they would call me when it was ready. So I called an uber to come pick me up. Before I left I saw my truck was already in the detail area so I thought it would be done quickly. It was not so I took my uber home. About 6 hours later I called them to see if it was done and they said it was. I get there and to my surprise they got the smell out of the truck! Not only that but the truck looked the best it had since I bought it! Another surprise was that a manager actually came out and ensured that I was 100% happy with everything. Great customer service on that. In total I paid less than $60 for everything! I cannot recommend these guys enough. They did such a great job that I am bringing my wife's car in next week for the same package. Her car needs alot more work than mine and I have no doubt that these guys will get it taken care of. Waited 2 hours and 45 minutes with my toddler for a mediocre car wash and detail. Super disappointing. I wish I would have gotten a heads up about the wait time. Decent price but definitely missed a bunch of areas, if it wasn’t for the LONG wait I wouldn’t have thought much of it. Also they left my car running the entire time and burned 30 miles worth of gas. People were friendly, that’s the only plus.

Amazing service, great quality, top notch customer service!

Had an issue with paint contamination on a brand new car I purchased all over the front of the car, causing tiny spots of discoloration on a black car and it was very noticeable. Talked with the manager, Austin, about my concerns. He was very patient and emphatic about the situation. The technician, Sylvia, assured it was a simple solution to fix and just needs a clay bar treatment to fix it.

I went back a few days later to get the treatment. She has magic hands as all the spots and discoloration is completely gone (only sparkles and shine)!

I did not have to wait long at all and the lobby was a comfortable area.

I previously went here for a detail and wax service on a different vehicle I owned, and I was just as impressed back then.

No more stress or worries! Will continue to come back here for these services! Highest recommendations :)

NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!!! I CHOOSE PLATINUM FULL SERVICE FOR $40 AND THEY DIDN’T EVEN CLEAN THE INSIDE, YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURE AND MY CAR NOT EVEN THAT DIRTY. I COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY AND HE SAID THAT’S NOT MY JOB. I DON’T KNOW WHERE SHOULD I COMPLAIN THE WORKER DONT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH. NOT RECOMMEND AND BETTER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. My attendant Carlos, is an exceptional detailer he takes care of all my concerns with my GMC Denali XL it is a lot of work yet he attends to every detail everytime I arrive he is very professional and polite. They did a really really good job detailing my car before i went home to chicago. I forgot to take before and after pictures to help make this review better. However i only ordered 3 packages and they gave my the car polish for free. Thank you for a good car detailing. The only problem that i can say is that after the detailing the seats still were mildly wet from the shampooing.

Just had my truck, which was fairly dirty, washed inside and out. They did a phenomenal job, even cleaning things I thought I would need Stanley Steamer to clean. Patricia did the detailing and she was very thorough. I wish I would have had more than $20 in cash to leave for a tip.

Meh. I had a better experience the first time. This time, my truck looked almost the same as before I went in. I went home and cleaned it by hand. It took all afternoon but I got it done. Wish I got my 7 bucks back after that.

Went there today and paid for more then what was done on my car. I paid for the ultimate care plus and they did just more then the basic. The front dashboard was only partially done, area just below the area windshield was not touched. Th rear deck same thing, was supposed to be wiped and armor all'd and was not done. The front passenger door handle was not properly cleaned/wiped and the area under the trunk lid was not completely cleaned. There were streaks all over the car. This is the last time I take a vehicle of mine there.
