Great price and friendly service who took time to explain the different cleaning options. We only got the car wash as we were on vacation and would be dealing with more sand inside the car. I want to recognize team member Lou. I went into the lobby because it was my first time there. Lou just happened to be walking through but stopped to greet me and gave me the specific directions to where I needed to go. Lou did a great job hand-drying our car and applying the appropriate amount of wheel shine so it wouldn't spray my car while driving. I'm sure all team members are great, but I recommend Lou for your car drying and detailing needs.

I've lived in Dallas where I've had no issues with Car Spa. This location has failed on each of my visits since purchasing an Exterior/Interior monthly rate unlimited package. The newest fail was this morning. I paid extra for the shampoo of floor mats. I could have NOT paid and got the same thing (see photo).
I ask not for anything to be wiped down, they do it anyway.
Don't worry about anything behind the third row? They open the back up and move everything around.
I show the tech up front a residue that I asked to be removed from the driver door on last visit and show him that it can actually be rubbed off with my finger, a different guy informs later that they can't get it off, I repeat to him what I said to the tech earlier and ask him if he wants to watch me clean it, he leaves and returns later to tell me that it's been cleaned off.
After taking it in this morning, I discovered that while they were wiping down the driver door panel, too much pressure was used while pressing down on the automatic window buttons, they have been damaged.
Everytime, the automatic seats up front are rearranged, the mirrors are all moved, and the a/c vents are all pointing in different directions.

I want to stay with Car Spa, but I feel that I'm paying a monthly service to watch people consistently not do what I'm paying them for. I have three more weeks left with probably 6 to 9 visits planned, if it's truly a pattern, I'll move on.

I pulled in for a quick basic interior/exterior cleaning. I waited over an hour while several cars were serviced before walking to the back to see what was taking my truck so long. It was just sitting in the vacuum area where I left it. When I politely asked why it hadn’t been pulled around I was told that several people had just gone home and on break. There was no acceptable explanation given. There was also no attempts to offer apologies or make any extra accommodation for the majors inconvenience. I would not recommend this place.

They did a great job detailing my car. However, word of caution to the next guy. Secure all valuables including money and car chargers. Because all my change and car charger with charging cord were stolen. I live in Pa. So there’s nothing I can do about it now except write this review. Maybe she thought I wouldn’t leave a tip. I left her a $20. Ignorantly.

Never ever again!!! My first time here ever. Paid $90 and I could have done a much better job in 1/2 the time. Very disappointing. See my pics for what you get for paying $90. My cup holders weren't even touched, another compartment under dash wasn't touched, my door pockets weren't touched, hair all over passenger seat. Crevices were not cleaned, by the shifter was all still nasty. I honestly think they just vacuumed , and shined my steering wheel and dash board because only those 3 things looked great. I could literally take a wipe and at least wipe these things and take 5 minutes, they didn't even touch them. They still have crumbs everywhere. Worst experience ever, I would never recommend them. Stay clear!

I would give it a zero if it was offered. I went there yesterday to have my car washed, vacuumed and cleaned out. After paying $30, I get to my car and there it is still dirty, the cup holders and stick shift, dashboard, doors and basically everything was still dirty and not cleaned. There was still dirt on the seats and floor mats, that were supposedly vacuumed. I told the girl and she said, "her fingers couldn't get in there to clean it" and walked off. I was so pissed off, but Billy was standing there and actually finished cleaning the car. A little advice to "Car Spa", don't hire lazy youngsters that don't care about working hard and do a half assed job. And to top it off, I stop at store and come out and they forgot to wash under the front bumper. UNBELIEVABLE! NEVER AGAIN.

I hate leaving reviews, let alone a bad review, but this one is warranted. This is my second time coming here. I paid $70 for the best exterior package and the interior cleaning. The car floor was vacuumed well but my seats were wiped in a way that it left noticeable streaks. The windows were simply not wiped, inside or outside. There is a stain on the outside of the car that I had to get off myself with a simple wipe. The backseat was not properly vacuumed and there is a spot on a seat. Lastly, my lcd screen looks like someone sneezed on it and just did not care to wipe it down. The pictures were taken right after the cleaning when I got home. I do NOT recommend going here. This is the second time and both times it was half effort put into it.

Paid 38 dollars. I could of done a better job with 38 dollars worth of quarters. If you go here make sure to inspect thoroughly before leaving because they miss a lot. Hardly touched the back seat, the cup holders, and the center consul. Didn’t even bother to vacuum the trunk. I brought it to their attention not once,not twice, but three times. Then by the 4th time I just gave up. In the end I just figured their vacuums broke or something and I started to get a little irritated. No attention to detail. I want to give it a 0 star for their actual cleaning job but I feel the way they handled the situation and reimbursed me deserves a little credit. In the end The only recommendation I can give is that if you’re in a hurry and don’t care you just want a quick over, is do it yourself or go somewhere else. Save yourself from having to be that person that complains and wasting your time.
