I Paid $60 for internal & external cleaning and polishing my leather seats. As you can see from the pictures my truck opening was still dirty, I still had hard water stains on my glass and my windshield had the glue dripping from my car mount and they didn’t even try to clean it off. I expected a way better job especially for $60. I do a better job myself at a $10 car wash and I don’t even have all the products they have.

The only positive point to my experience is that the outside of the vehicle got fairly clean. Other than that, the inside looked worse than when I brought it in. It wasn't vacuumed, I had to spend 15 min getting the interior shine substance off of the inside of all of my windows. Tire shine substance ended up all over my car after driving down the road. I'm new in town and wasn't sure where to go for quality service. This is fairly close to my house, that's why I went. However, I should have paid more attention to the reviews. Customer service lacked big time as well. First and last time I'll come here. A child could have done better quality work and in less time. No need for a manager follow-up, I will simply just be taking my business elsewhere.

I can’t say enough about the kindness and exceptional service from the team at CarSpa on Holland Road. One cold, drizzly evening, my car broke down nearby, and I managed to push it into their parking lot just before closing time. Justin noticed I needed help and, without hesitation, came out with a charge box to help jump my car.

After a few efforts, we got it running—but it wouldn’t stay on. While I planned to call a tow truck and was discussingthhe situation with my wife, Justin spoke with the manager, Nikki, and together they came up with a thoughtful plan. Even though the shop was closing, Justin offered to follow me—with his hazard lights on—as I carefully drove a few miles down the road to the shop where my car could be fully checked out.

He did all this after hours, in poor weather, just to make sure my son and I got there safely. That level of care and integrity is rare these days. I’m truly grateful for Justin’s kindness and Nikki’s understanding—it turned a stressful night into a moment of real customer compassion.

CarSpa has earned my deepest respect and future business. Highly recommend this location for their honesty, professionalism, and heart.

This is an awesome place to come to have your car cleaned! For $45 I got the best wash and they vacuumed and wiped down the inside of my car! They even cleaned my rims and put tire shine on my tires! I would highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to get their car cleaned

I’m not really sure how to feel about this place. On one hand for the price they charge for a minor detail it’s honestly a pretty good deal. But on the other hand the quality of the service wasn’t the best. The job felt a bit rushed and they definitely missed several spots on my vehicle. That said considering how inexpensive it is should I really expect much more?

I’m somewhat happy with the service but not completely satisfied. One thing I did enjoy was the lounge area it was comfortable with free Wi-Fi and coffee. They also offered tea although there wasn’t any hot water available. Still for the price I can’t complain too much.

The service I got was the suv mini detail for $65.

$90 down the drain... This place use to be a gem where you knew an Interior Super Clean detail put your vehicle in a bay for at least an hour and a half of some TLC. I purchased the Interior Super Clean and the Wheel Polish yesterday afternoon, and I couldn't of been more disappointed. I should've known something was different when an associate who checked me in told me 30 minutes. All the signs of a once gem now a dilapidated ghost town became painfully obvious in the short time I was there. Car Spa is now renting out the bays previously reserved for details to an auto window tinting company. The customer service lounge is no longer staffed when at its best was an inviting, comfortable receptive great room with all the drinks, treats, vehicle toys and gadgets you could spoil you and your four wheeled friend with. Things change with time and businesses do their best to hang in there but when the quality of the service your paying $90 for suffers as well then you've got a problem. Two female associates working the vehicle details on two cars including mine at the time probably frozen to the bone considering the cloudy and breezy 40 degree afternoon. An environment not quite set up to succeed let alone justification for a $90 half hour visit. Dead grass debris still clearly visible on the front floor mats, consoles or rather, "nooks, crannies and crevices" certainly not hit with compressed air. I asked another manager standing at the front doors to send over the manager responsible for the area but she never showed up. Standing out there in the cold next to my car got old real quick and I was over it at that point. Just wanted to at least give these girls a few bucks solely based on their freezing work environment but I couldn't do that either as the ATM machine was out of service. The icing on the cake use to be the "New Car" scented air fresheners I'd pick up before rolling out but as I previously stated, not much left in the lobby area. $90 flushed. Can anyone refer a reliable mobile detailer?

I spent $110 getting 2 detailing services. I dropped the car off...when they say first come first serve they don't mean it, it took me 5 hours to get my car back. They took all the cars that were waiting before mine, even though I was still waiting just at home...it held up my entire day and they didn't even call me to tell me it was ready. I had to go over and when I got there my car was the only one left, the door was left wide open so someone stole my car charger... they said they called me but never did. I just finally went there. My seats are leather and was never even cleaned when I got home I wiped them with windex and the towel was dirty, also my rims had dirt still on them. I would not recommend this place at all

I came to this location once because my usual favorite car wash was temporarily closed for maintenance and I wanted to get both my car and my husband's truck thoroughly cleaned. I paid almost $100 for both vehicles (2 Platinum washes and interior clean).

The young man who rang me out was polite and helpful. The interior of their building seemed pretty clean in spite of some ceiling repairs going on, although I was disappointed that the only snacks available for purchase are limited options in a vending machine.

The exterior wash looked great on both vehicles! No scratches, dings, etc.

However, the interior of both vehicles wasn't great. My husband's truck has a pleather steering wheel cover that is usually very grippy. The ladies that did the interior drenched the wheel in some super-slippery stuff to the point where we had to wipe the cover down with Windex after getting home. They also coated both vehicles' pedals in the same slippery stuff! Safety hazard much? My car's floors under the mats and seats were not vacuumed at all, and when they pulled several things out of place, they didn't bother to put them back. The most embarrassing part was that they moved my seat as far forward as it can go and didn't bother to put it back, and I have a bad back so it's difficult to put my seat back where it belongs. When I pointed this out to the ladies, none of them seemed to care or understand that I couldn't get into my car! The young man that originally rang me up had to jog over and push my seat back. My husband's truck is still grimy and doesn't look like it got cleaned at all.

I don't feel like the expense was worth it here. The only bright spot was the young man who rang us out and the exterior clean.
