This place is trash. Waited for almost 2 hours then finally decided to check on our car, come to find out that it's been done and they just forgot to call it out. What a waste of time. Our floor mats wasn't even all the way dry after adding the mat package. Please go somewhere else if you are thinking about getting your car washed in here.

Love this place. Been coming here for years. Today brought my mom’s car in for a detail. The packages are a little confusing but the friendly staff was patient when explaining all my options. It’s 9:15 and there is hardly nobody here so this might be a tip on when to come. They always do a great job. Inside the waiting area they have a few vending machines, a nice area for kids and parents , very comfortable seating, and TVs. Plus they offer quick oil changes and there’s a tinting service. Last time I brought my car in to get detailed they found my prescription sun glasses that I had been missing for 2 years. Please remember to give these guys a cash tip because they’re working hard outside while you get to rest and enjoy the perks.

Called in to ask about my upcoming oil change and he informed me that I was not due for another 700 miles but they would gladly tip off my oil in the meantime. That was nice of him. I also inquired about their injector cleaning and he gave me a quote. I get there and the price is almost $50 more than the quote I received. So I told the guy who I spoke with and the general manager gave me an oil change and injector cleaning for $106. Cheaper than the original quote. Real class act team they have working there. And Tim, you’re the man buddy 👌🏿👍🏿

*3/8/25 UPDATE*
Got an exterior wash & carpet vacuum. All was fine until I sat in my car and saw the passenger seat, window, floor & belongings soaked. Talked with Yousef. He checked the wash tunnel cams & said windows were closed. Well, that amount of water doesn't magically drench interior. His guys got the front & back passenger seats dried plus my soaked sun visor. Rather disappointed with what happened.

*11/9/24 UPDATE*
AJ is a great guy, helpful & honest. Returned for the Unlimited Platinum Exterior wash & vacuum. Unfortunately, the cleaning wasn't great this time. Saw bird poop quite evident on a side door. Had to ask them to remove leaves along the back window plus clean the bottom edge. The guy was very cool & quick to address it but a customer shouldn't have to point out those obvious details. I bought the monthly Ultimate plan. Hoping they improve their cleaning in the future.

Wild Child

A very dear family member told me about this place that took really good care of her car....she said she felt more then just a Customer... more like family.. so I decided to see for myself. The staff was Excellent and the quality of service was impeccable.. I was thoroughly impressed. I was very Concerned after reading some of the Reviews but I Decided to take her word first and just try it... and I'm very glad I did. Now when ever we come to vist her.. we will always stop by for a touch up and good sand removal on our way back home.. please keep up the good work!

My car was not clean extremely poorly l . There were two female workers that said that the I should clean it myself. Then they both demanded me a tip and rudely asked me to speak to them in Spanish.

Constantly reminded why I never come to this car wash. Thought I’d give it another try. Sorry that I did. I was the 2nd vehicle in the lane to be washed, yet I have seen 6 cars get done and gone before mine has even been ran through. Make that 7 cars. I’m writing this as I’m sitting here waiting. Employees lack respect and motivation to do a good job. Hopefully I won’t make the mistake of coming here again due to ease of location. I’d rather drive across town to a better car wash. I suggest you do the same.

Not to mention the employee had me drive down one lane that was empty. Once I got half way down he directed me to reverse out of that lane in order to go into the lane next to it. Very annoying and uncalled for.

The manager has since left their side of the story. Every car that went before me got the exact same treatment as my vehicle. I watched it happen. The waiting and watching 7 cars go before me is one thing. The fact that they do a terrible job on your vehicle is another. I’m still trying to get the inside of my windshield clean. Their staff all have bad attitudes. This has been the case every time I have been there. Like I said before. Avoid this place. Next to the obligatory 5 stars people give the next highest rating for this place is 1 star. Don’t do it. Don’t go here. Ever.

Some dirt still left on my floor mats after full service. Otherwise super clean! Also, if you’re tipping, possibly bring enough for 2 people because 2 people cleaned my car but I only brought cash to tip one person.
