Yesterday I got the interior and exterior platinum full service and paid $40. I thought I would come here for a higher level of clean than the normal car wash I go to. However when they called me out to my car, the drivers floor mat was still covered in debris. Then I started driving off and noticed that my windshield hadn’t been cleaned, and my cup holders weren’t either. Even my climate control had been adjusted. My floor mats weren’t put back after they pulled them up to vacuum, my seats weren’t put back to where they were after they adjusted them. One of my air fresheners was missing. I turned around to go back but then the line was long so I decided not to. I’m severely unimpressed. Car Spa used to be really good and I used to come here all the time. I’ll just continue going to Autobell.

My first time here and I got the number 2 of their full service options which I felt was reasonably priced. Staff was polite when introducing their services though, for it being my first time there, I was a bit confused and had to ask some basic questions such as if they wanted the engine left on or where I wait. Had complimentary coffee inside and the wait was less than 30 minutes. For it being a short wait I wasn't surprised the job was less than perfect. The carpet was vacuumed pretty well but it could've been better. Of course with the time spent and the number of cars they detail on a daily basis I'm not really complaining. My only real complaint and the reason this is 4 stars is their job on my front windshield on the inside. Even the smallest of defects are quite apparent on the front windshield. My guess is they reused the same cloth to wipe it down as there was still quite a bit of dust and whatnot. If you want to remedy this I recommend using a new cloth on each car and starting on the glass first so dust on the inside surfaces is not moved to the glass.
