My first time here, Peggy jumped right in and offered to help us. She showed us the appropriate size washers to not only make less work for me, but she also saved me $$! She's wonderful!

Use it every week, cleanest ones, self service and full service options, everything is well maintained, free Wi-Fi, plenty of places to sit, plenty of carts except for during select times on the weekends, usually the queen washers are open depending on the time you go but there's only four, always have decent TV on, okay corner road access, clean exterior, great service, amazing all around

I was suprised how nice it was. I haven't had to use a Landry Mat for years and year until my washer and dryer quick working in my place I rent. Soap n Suds had many large light industrial washer and dryers. A few small washers too. Spacious, and free wifi which is hudge. Some both like seating and folding tables. Because the washers are so large I was in and out in less than an hour. This was my second time each time I used the two larger washers. The biggest washer was too big I think for what I needed.
The lady that is running the place is very very helpful hopping from one person to the next. In my case she helps me reload my card before I tried my hand at it. Funny every time I went there they had Mash 4077 on. But my laptop wished me away while My time to leave was soon upon me.

The lady working today was very rude on the phone and wanted to charge prices that were never charged before. She would not answer questions and lacks professionalism and manners. She needs training in customer service skills because she is a poor reflection of your business! My elderly father has been a long time customer and she tried to charge him prices that he has never paid at this location. Therefore, he did not leave his items. We will not be returning and will share this information on Next Door for other customers to beware of our experience. One person with poor customer service can ruin a business.

I stopped in to wash a couple of bulky comforters. If it wasn't for the attendant, Renee, stepping into help me with the card dispensing machine and everything else, I probably would have wasted a good 20 minutes trying to figure it all out. Thanks to her I was in and out in a little bit more than an hour! She was so kind and friendly! The machines did a great job on my comforters, and that paired with the good customer service by Renee will definitely make me a repeat customer!

Fair Pricing, Clean and Safe.

Just stopped by Soaps-N-Suds to wash my comforter, bed sheet and some pillow cases. ($5.99 to wash and $0.72 to dry)
This location is very clean and complete. They have everything you need althouhh I bought my soap and fabric softener from farm fresh across the street. The card thing to use the machines are very easy to understand and there is instructions wherever you go. By far the best laundromat I've been to.

I had such an amazing experience with Renee so of course i wanted to keep coming but after a different interaction with a different employee i was convinced i was not going to come back but Renee to the rescue. Her professionalism and her ability to mend bad situations is unmatched. As long as Renee is still around i will continue to bring my business here!

Place is always cleanwhen we go in. Signs on both doors limit of 9 people allowed inside. Everything is caution taped off. Everyone has to wait outside in their cars. Most of the people entering were wearing masks but lady working there was not pushing it.
