I've been coming here every weekend for the past 6 years to do my laundry. Everytime I come I'm always greeted and treated with such kindness. Ms. Renee is the best! And always goes out of her way to help others! There are plenty of washers and dryers so there's never a need to wait for someone else's load to be finished!

Soaps N Suds is the best in 757! All the attendants are nice and friendly but RENEE is the BEST of the BEST! She knows exactly what type of detergent I like and she evens remembers how I like my items folded. Don't try any other laundry service. Go to Renee!!!

It's a nice spacious laundromat. You have to purchase one of their laundry cars to access the washers and dryers. It has various sizes of washing machines... good heat for their dryers. It has a laundry bar for soaps etc. It has snack and soda vending machines. There's seating and tv's...tables to fold the laundry.
I only come here to wish blankets & comforters. They're a bit pricey but I was satisfied with the cleanliness of my blankets.

I had a terrible time cus I had no help from the staff and I really just needed someone to help me and the lady that works gets upset if you ask her for anything sounding here just know u get any help what so ever and it’s bad attitude from the time u get there till the time you leave

Nice Laundromat. Easy to use. Friendly service. I took a comforter that wouldn't fit in my washer and I believe the wash was about $4 and to dry costs about $3 ($0.50 for 10 minutes). Much easier than dry cleaning. You have to get preloaded card to use the machines. There is a five dollar minimum to upload. Don't do like me and put five dollars thinking it will be enough, then have to upload another five when it was not hahaha.

The female attendant should not be in a service position, she likely has this job bcs of a familial connection. She’s not helpful and she doesn’t clean anything. I’ve seen a male worker and her both during their shifts and it’s literally night and day. The young man was kind and he was cleaning the mess from the lady’s shift (sweeping, wiping, etc) I had an issue with a machine she did not help and did not offer any solution when I clearly stated it wouldn’t let me choose hot water. A little later a gentleman had an issue with the same machine and the male worker helped him.

After my issue with the machine I became curious and opened the tops to the machines in the back as they were filling. The machines that I had chosen and that showed warm water were using ice cold water. One of the dryers wouldn’t allow me to choose a high setting and I had to move clothes from two after waiting 20 minutes and my clothes were still wet. Keep in mind I’m using one small load in each dryer and not doubling up. If course there was no point in complaining bcs someone hired their unhelpful family member that has no service skills.

The place is a money pit. You load a card that you can’t get refunds on and the machine doesn’t give or take change. You load full dollar amounts but almost all of the overly priced washers and dryers charge a fee that ends in 9 or 2 which means you’ll never use all of your money (see the photos).

My washing machine died so I went to Soap N Suds. I was satisfied with the experience. They use a payment card system instead of coins and the machines all cost random amounts.
