I am writing to share feedback about my recent visit to Soaps N Suds Express Laundry Center at Holland Road location on 05/01/24.

Upon arriving at Soaps N Suds Express Laundry Center, I was excited to utilize your facilities for the first time to wash my king-size bedspread. However, my experience was unfortunately marred by an interaction with one of your staff members at the front desk.

When I politely asked for instructions on using your facilities due to it being my first visit, the response I received was rather curt. I was directed to refer to the signs for guidance, which I attempted to do. However, I encountered difficulties, particularly with the payment system.

Seeking clarification, I approached the same staff member and was met with impatience and rudeness. I was even yelled at and insulted, with the staff member telling me to "Get out," which was both surprising and distressing.

When the supervisor arrived, instead of addressing the situation with empathy and professionalism, she listened to my complaint with open disdain. This entire experience has been deeply distressing and has left me with a negative impression of your establishment.

In conclusion, my visit to Soaps N Suds Express Laundry Center left me deeply disappointed and with a strong recommendation to consider other laundry service providers in the area.

Peggy was extremely helpful as it was my first experience coming there. She walked me through the process purchasing a laundry card and how to use it. I came back a second time this weekend and Peggy was there again and just as polite as the first time!

My husband and I went to this location on Monday September 05, 2022. I do not now how to load my card and I asked the lady at the service counter to helping me but her reply to me is I need to be front of her. I was on the side at the counter so I did what she said but she told me I was rude at her. I asked her what’s her name. She didn’t say anything. She came at the machine to load my card and not giving me any instructions how to load my card.
I went outside as my husband leaving to go to commissary and the other person told him she was rude to him as well.. I will not coming back to this place again

They have a variety of washers and dryers in a location where you can get a quick bite to eat if you desire. 🤗

They have alot of machines and they typically work with no issues. I had an instance where the machine charged my card but didnt start today and the attendant was completely rude with giving me assistance. She made it seem as if i was trying to get one over on her despite the fact my transaction history from my card showed i was charged. After proving that, she was very short and mean toned, not helpful, and barely informative on what she was doing. Its as if it was an issue she actually had to do her job. Great facility, but this particular staff member was absolutely horrible.

Great laundromat for all your needs. No one bothers you and it's actually pretty clean. First time using a new card you have to get a worker to load your card and they generally don't talk or are a tiny bit passive aggressive that you made them stop watching Netflix on their phone. Otherwise usually have movies playing on the TV so if you don't have a phone or have kids, it can keep them occupied. Also have a vending machine for snacks and drinks.

It’s RARE that I actually enjoy coming to a laundry facility or even more rare that I stay while my clothes are being washed.

It’s CLEAN, very light traffic, and as it’s my first time here in this one, the attendant was/is VERY helpful. Didn’t even have to ask for assistance as she saw me struggling lol.

Overall, since my washer and dryer have conked out, I can safely say I’ll be coming to this location more often.

If there was a big negative, I’d say that having to take my clothes and put them in another machine because there are clogged detergent compartments was annoying.

YASSSS FOR THE LAUNDRY CARDS!! Lol

Very nice place with an attendant there to help if you have questions. Kinda pricey but nice washers. I took my Down comforter here and to wash it cost $6.75 in a 3 load washer, they have different sizes, and it cost $.76 every 10 min to use the large capacity dryer. I took my own laundry detergent but they do sell some cheap box detergent for $1.00. I would definitely come back although I'm sure there are less expensive places.

This place is packed with shady people. The staff on duty which was im direct line of site my washing laundry allowed someone to just walk away with my only bit of clothing that I own. My car was parked at the front door and I was straightening up a bag of tools when I came back in everything was gone and of course see stuff on duty could careless.. so WARNING.. AT ALL TIMES DAGE GUARD YOU LAUNDRY LOCK YOUR VAR DOORS AND IF POSSIBLE DONT PUT YOURSELF IN A PLACE OF POTENTIAL DANGER. The only way this happens because they were watching me the whole time waiting for me or someone else to make a mistake.
