Some of the staff are rude when it comes to closing times.

The hours on the building still say 1030, but at 9pm they start locking doors. They got an attitude when the hours were brought up on the door.

If you plan to close at 9pm, then make sure it’s posted correctly and be respectfully to customers.

The building and restroom is always so clean. I love when Renee is there! I’m greeted with a smile & I see her friendliness towards everyone in there.

This place is amazing. So clean and the attendant was awesome. It was my first time at a laundry Matt and she walked me around showed me everything and helped me figure out what I needed. Wish I got her name she was amazing and made me feel so comfortable.

They clean the car really well and the car was is fun to look at. They did remove some perks so we dont go there anymore. They have a tv for your kids too 👍

This is in response to Ashley T. Review on 11-26-23.See I happened to be there also using washer 51 and the way that you behaved was embarrassing. I felt bad for him .I have been coming here to laundry since I was a kid and now I am 32 I still come here for the excellent service that they provide. So this is for you and the other entitled "Karen's " check your attitudes at the door or don't come here.This staff goes above and beyond. Go Holland Rd!!! Renee Rocks.

The machine was broken and wouldn’t work. The guy working on 11/26 @11:30am wouldn’t refund or start another machine. He was rude and was on his cell phone the whole time taking to whomever. I asked repeatedly could he just simply restart another machine he said no the machine was working fine that it’ll take 50 mins to start. Another customer arrived to use the same machine once he had unlocked it to give my clothes & he told her the machine was broken not to use it. But told me that it worked fine. I would never recommend this location. Every staff member there is rude besides the old white woman she’s sweet as pie.
