1st the picture is a Google taken picture and until they retake a new one I am unable to change that one. But I will let them know. I understand you are frustrated but 2.75 is a very reasonable price when you take account to what water bill and electric bills run at this time. If there was an issue with a washer or a dryer there is a number you can call for a refund. It does need to be verified so please have the date and time you had the issue and with which equipment. The washers you are referring to are single load washers. The only time they don't properly was is because they have been overloaded. We do have larger machines to avoid over loading these. The .75 cent machines that where there 2 years ago where over 20 years old and non repairable. We would appreciate you contact the phone number if there is an issue so we can help you. We have invested alot into this laundromat to provide better services but when we are unaware of a machine breaking down which is normal, we are unable to help.

Now we are in the process of purchasing new dryers. We have 4 brand new dryers that we can guaranteed if properly used will not give you any issues. If you chose to use one of the older ones and they didn't work we apologize. That is why we are replacing them as well. Contact us and we can provide you with a refund for the dryers. Please understand that with upgrades , comes price increases. You will not find anyone providing washes for .75 that is unreasonable and will not keep a place open. We purchased the laundromat almost 2 years ago and have been working hard to upgrade everything and provide a better service. We regret any inconvenience caused. The majority of our washers are new, with only 4 exceptions. Regrettably, we cannot address the issue that occurred in the laundry mat today as we did not receive a call pertaining to it. Furthermore, our washers are designed to reject extra quarters unless a coin is rejected and returned. If you encountered an issue, we urge you to contact us promptly for resolution.
