This place sure, has nice people and yah they were a new "we'll bring our laundry there" thing,...but just bad service. The hours for drop off and pick up are posted so you know that you can get your clothes at those times...9am-12pm ...then they close and reopen at 6pm. Nope! 2 x's nobody was there so we could get our drop off.
Called the last time we neefed to pick up and nobody answers the call and to boot the message tells the caller the voicemail box is filled.
It's different to be able to leave a message, but they do not seem to stay abreast with the responsibilities that come with customer service or respect for the places name!......so no more wasting of their time for not wanting to be available....Just lost a customer!

We love this laundry mat. Even if we aren't doing laundry they allow us to stop by and rest and get an.75¢ soda
