How cool is it?!?!
I come here to chill, its that cool... Hands down the best washateria in the state of Texas!! Awesome staff, clean cleaning machines, ipads for the kiddos, comfy couches for the hubby, massage chairs for overworked moms and they even have a barber!! Seriously, can I just move in??

This place used to be my favorite laundromat. Haven’t been here in a few months, and a lot has changed. I’m here today and half the lights are out, the furniture is ratty and gross, and there’s a disgusting sewage smell (there’s always been a slight farty smell, but it’s much stronger today). Massage chairs are broken. I paid for 10 minutes, only to find that the parts that actually massage your back don’t work. Lightbulb over the tablet area is flickering. All the while, the attendant sits playing on her phone and looking at her nails. I drove from EaDo in traffic to find that this place has really gone downhill. Time to find a new spot. This place is filthy.
UPDATE: I just watched the attendant (blonde lady) PICK HER NOSE & WIPE IT ON HER SHIRT SLEEVE. Never coming back!

The customer service here is just second to none. The lady at the front desk was so helpful even though there was a language barrier she went above and beyond. The place is so clean it is kept in such great condition. Free wifi too. Highly recommend going to be a repeat customer here. Edit ( The owners are amazing had a few questions and they took the time to call me and explain). Amazing business.

The lady that works tonight October 24, 2022 night shift was very horrible. This is my first time here, I drove an hour to get to this location because it says online it closes at 11pm, I got here around 9:30pm and the lady told me that I couldn’t wash my clothes. I ask her why and she told me that the places closes at 11pm for her but it closes at 9:45pm for the customers, mind you it doesn’t say this online, and I am 34weeks pregnant, I ask her to use the bathroom because I really need to (pee) and she told me no I cannot use the bathroom. I couldn’t believe it, Very horrible experience. I will never come here again and will make sure to let others know not to come here.

I really like this washateria (I'm from the South and refuse to call it a 'laundromat' LOL). The prices to use the machines are best I've seen. It is the most pleasant washateria I've ever been to: no screaming kids and the patrons are nice. They play beautiful Spanish-language music/videos which I love. Doing laundry is a chore - at least here, it's nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the washing machines do not spin enough moisture out of your clothes so drying times are a bit longer. Otherwise, it's my favorite.

Excellent service from Mrs. Vero. There weren't enough washing machines because many were broken, and she very kindly resolved the problem. I recommend the place. However, the owner needs to fix the washing machines. Thank you.

Amazing place you can either get your own card instead of quarters. Or do it on your own phone its absolutely good. And if you have kids just put them on the fun zone where there's Ipads so they can play in. The place is also really clean.
