To begin its modern new machines, small is $3, medium is $5.25 but if you change the settings their is another 25-50 cents charge so now dryer is automatically $1.50 for 30 minutes while at other places you put 25cents for 12 minutes

Dishonest, unprofessional, not helpful staff, no english speaking staff (thankfully I am fluent in Spanish) I spoke to staff in English they respond in Spanish only. Problem number one- number two their machines are set to speedwash unbeknowst to you despite you properly pushing correct app instructions for a full load wash- the girl attending today 8/8/23 @ 4:45PM Milwaukee Chicago location stated 1) she can not tell me her managers name so I can look for her when I come in next 2) they are not allowed to provide email or phone number of manager to fwd any complaint to 3) she is only allowed to call her manager once bc "she will not answer me again if I call her" what kind if business is this? Where your worker who knows NO english and doesnt even know how to reset the machine is not allowed to call to ask questions? Super disturbing! Be careful - no refun was given, partial credit or anything was done to rectify the situation that was NOT my fault. If you are willing to take a gamble & knowingly willingly pay for a service that is NOT done w/NO help or resolution come here. Also if you dont speak Spanish do NOT come here they can not help you.

Oh also have the nerve to lock up the bathroom so you have to go around searching for someoen to let you in a paying customer LOL joke. Bad business

The laundromat, in particular, is very clean and hygienic; the washing machines are good and large. The only thing they need to improve is the air conditioning. Every time I come, I ask about the air conditioning because it's incredibly hot inside. That's what they should change; it's like an oven. It's better to be outside, and it shouldn't be like that.
