Awesome, clean, TVs and iPads for kids, comfy chairs, lots of folding tables. The machines are clean, smell clean, wash well. It's a card system, you get free card and just load it up with either cash or card.

This location was phenomenal. I was traveling from California and needed laundry service. Your employee Ashley litterally walked me through the process and was very passionate and caring for the customers including myself. If Ashley are the types of employees that your buisness hires then I would be willing to drive past other laundry businesses just to do my laundry at your facilities. Please let Ashley know that shes doing an awesome job. Workers need to hear and be rewarded for being the driving force of good feedback by those that employ them, especially during times when negativity can be a driving force. Thanks again!

Laundry facilities great. HOWEVER,
my husband went in to start the laundry. I was on my phone reading in the car. I walked in to ask if I could use the restroom and the attendant asked if I was washing or drying clothes. Went back to the car to get my husband who verified we were together and doing laundry. The attendant sarcastically said "we get a lot of homeless people in here." I asked him if I looked homeless. I am a college educated registered nurse and although casually dressed was quite insulted. Was it because we are a mixed race couple? We both work hard and do our laundry late at night.

Use to like it here but just washed and I'm missing like 3 towels . Worked wanna act blind like they ain't see no one steal or they stealing they damn selfs.. smh .

Not as good as it used to be. Things are dirty, dryers don’t dry fully. Employees make a face if you ask for help. Clothes are are still wet is the main point though. Did I mention the dryers don’t dry?

Came back again after a little while and it’s even worse. Prices have doubled, machines caked with crud and the girl working looks like she’s high on meth. Absolutely the last time I come.

I give the employee Martha 5 stars! When she is there the store is spotless and she is a very happy person. The other employees do not clean and like get upset when there is customers.
