100 reviewsThe pay range washers and dryers don't work properly, I have had connectivity issues with the dryers, and had issues with the washers, running the full cycle and my clothes have come out the same, never got washed, I ve reported the issue to the attendant and he just gives you a refund ,but what about the soap & softener. Please fix the issues and bugs.
This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. The tenant on duty was very sweet and helpful.
It was okay ... much better than the other laundromat I used in town. Guy working there needs to be more attentive to keeping the place swept and cleaned up.
I have been going to Spic and Span for about 2 years now and have had no troubles, but after today, I don't particularly care to go again. Today (5/27/19) I stopped in around 2 to do a load. I had to work on some homework and needed my laptop, and so needed the wireless password (I typically don't bring this laptop with me). I walked around the store looking to find the sign for the wireless, but couldn't find it. I know it's there, I just couldn't seem to locate it. While doing so, I checked the notice board in the store, which is right behind a folding station. I wear headphones whenever I do laundry because I don't necessarily care for the TV programming shown, but I know others like it so I just use headphones to tune out. I always mind myself and make sure that I'm not in the way, and try to be extra aware of my surroundings while they are in. While I was looking at this bulletin board, and elderly man standing at the folding station starts talking to me. I was raised not to talk to strangers in public establishments because it usually leads to trouble. Please note that this man had no identification, no shirt that marked his post, nothing to denote who he was. I ignored him and walked away. I looked a bit more around the store and couldn't find the password, so I wandered back to the attendant's office. As I rounded the corner, someone yelled (loud enough that I could hear through headphones) "CAN I HELP YOU?" and around the corner comes the man in the blue shirt, looking very angry. I respond by asking him the same, and he begins yelling at me about how I'm "wandering in circles in the store" and how I've "been past him 3 times now," both of which are lies. I got panicked a bit and told him that I don't talk to strangers in stores. He goes to the attendant's door and slams it shut and locks it, and then yells at me saying that I need to just tell him what I needed. Mind you, this is all over a password for the *free advertised* wifi at the store. I tell him, and he gives me the password (which has not worked on either my phone or my laptop) and then begins yelling at me about having headphones in.
Now, my frustration is not at the misunderstanding here. These things happen. My frustration is that I was minding my own business and looking for a service that is advertised as something offered by this business and was yelled at by an employee, an employee who had no physical designation that he was an employee, for doing something he didn't like. This is extremely unprofessional, and I hope that the owners do not condone this behavior from their employees.
No single load machines
This sounds weird, but Spic and Span is a great place. It's always clean, the machines WORK. I love it.
Being able to pay through Wi-Fi for a washer is nice but they do not clean out these machines enough. I should not be coming away consistently with other peoples pet hair on my clothes (I don’t have any pets)
Clean and big enough. Friendly enviroment
