I’ve been going here for years and was never treated as rudely as I was this afternoon- Dec. 24,2022. The attendant today, a pudgy blonde who also works, I think at ARC, was very rude when I showed up to do my laundry at two minutes past last load time. She didn’t have to be as rude as she was about it!! I’ve had great experiences with every other attendant and have known the owner for years-he is wonderful. Whenever I see this attendant, whether she be a customer or not she is just the rudest little girl. Something needs to be done about her attitude!! I’m giving four stars because the laundry is the best— only this employee needs to do something else somewhere else.

I had a sleeping bag and a gifted jacket that I took to wash here. I dried them on a regular setting and they got slightly melted, warped, and stretched. The gifted jacket took the brunt of the damage. The sleeping bag has the pattern of the dryer barrel melted or burnt into it, making it appear as though the dryer wasn't even moving the load around. There were no posted signs warning of this issue. One other person I know of had the same problem here too. I've taken both of these items to other laundromats and haven't had this happen before.

I've used this laundromat many times with no issues. The machines are well-maintained, the building is clean, the staff are responsive, and the wifi is consistent.

The place was clean and well maintained, didn’t see any machine with “out of order” sign. Old gentleman who worked there was cleaning and wiping down machines. Love the building, must’ve been a diner,lots of clean seating area.
