In and out quickly. Clean machines. You can use a credit card or cash. They also have an app.

Extremely clean, well kept. Equipment in good condition. Comfortable temperature inside. My only complaint is that the credit card machines were hit and miss. The tap to pay functionality did not work at all; and we could only get swipe to pay to work on one of our two loads. Just make sure to bring quarters or some bills to use in the coin changers, and you will be very happy.

Been going here for over 3 years and love this place but went tonight and they told me I couldn’t dry my clothes cause I washed it at home. Which I’ve always just use the dryer… I have a washer just not a dryer.. and don’t try and say it …

I have been using this location for nearly 3 years and in that time I have encountered the following: people bringing in wet clothes shoes etc and using the dryers. This is usually from what appear to be homeless people. They obviously can't read the signs clearly posted for bidding this activity. I have seen employees come and go and have seen people walk right in off the street and put wet soiled shoes in the dryers. I have been threatened by early morning abusers of this policy when I brought to their attention the fact. I have seen a person cleaning car parts in the sink at one time. I came in the early hours one morning and there was an individual sitting near the front entrance that was clearly tripping on some sort of drug or something. I have wasted so much money on fabric softener because the machines don't always rinse the fabric softener during the final rinse. I have encountered times when people are putting powdered detergent into the liquid detergent port. I noticed this in four machines this morning as I came in and I believe the owner was in here and I brought it to his attention. I hate to do it but I think I'm going to start looking for a new location. There are so many other things. Employees need to learn how to mop you don't run a sopping wet mop on the floor and run all that water across the floor. This place has been inconvenient for me but I'm just fed up with machines not working and the street people that frequent this location. I know they can't afford security but they really should look into it.
