The facility was filthy. There is supposed to be an attendant, however no one has seen one today. Could not use the restroom because the “attendant” has the code. Should probably rate a ONE STAR!

Our dryer at home stopped working mid-laundry day and we had two loads that needed drying. We went to our local coin op Express Eco Laundry. We were informed by the attendant that we could not use only the dryer, and that we needed to first rewash everything in their washers before using their dryers. Their dryers may only be used by washing customers.

This is a frustrating policy. It cost them my business tonight as well as in the future.
