These are great little laundromats, unfortunately I came in and it was 50% more expensive than the last time I was in an Express eco laundromat. No longer inexpensive.

Hi KF, Thanks for your concern. While there are things like inflation, our prices per LB of laundry blow the competitors out of the water! We're having FREE Laundry week this week: 2/24/20 - 3/1/20. Stop on in for a FREE wash and better understanding of the 'Eco Advantage' from our employees.

Staff is great and everything seems really clean. The thing I like is being able to use my card. The faspass app however has never worked properly anytime I've needed it. I don't use the LM very often but it should be more straightforward than this.

came to the laundromat to dry my clothes and the old male attendant started touching and grabbing my clothes and raising his voice at my mother. he then proceeds to follow us and tell us that he's going to call the police and starts taking pictures of us all because we wanted to dry our clothes, very unprofessional.

We apologize for the frustration. The reason for that policy is to prevent soiled items from being put into the dryer. This policy ensures that all our customers know that anything that goes into the dryer is clean ahead of them.

Any laundromat that does not have such a policy eventually has people come in with soiled garments that they just need to dry. Being in the industry for over a decade, we’ve seen it too many times and hence this Policy was created to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers. That is the Express Eco difference.

My drier quit working on Christmas. I did 3 loads of wash at home and proceeded to go to this laundromat. I was told I would need to rewash my clothes at 3.00 a load and then I could dry. What an outlandish policy. Lost my business forever! Went to the one by Goodwill.and what a pleasant experience
