Large space with plenty of machines. Clean atmosphere and the place smells like fresh laundry and detergent. Free wifi, friendly staff, and there are plenty of tables, chairs, and couches to wait on. They even have snacks available for purchase!

I had a large rug the first time I was here and a vary nice gentleman explained the app to me. I returned today with my daughter. I like how clean the business is, friendly staff, and I feel comfortable doing my laundry here. I would recommend this business.

It's fine, clean and machines I've used work well. A couple dryer tubs have some sharp edges inside, probably from customer abuse.

The employees are great and the place is clean. The only problem I have is with the owner. He reminds me of a slumlord. I told him the ladies room was out of toilet paper and someone left a mess on the toilet. He said ok. I left 2 hours later and he still hadn't cleaned it. My guess is he was to busy watching TV and playing on his phone as that's all I saw him doing. I feel sorry for the person who is on the next shift as they're going to have to do what he should have done.

I use laundromats about twice a year for larger items. I love how this one is clean and fresh looking. There are places to sit comfortably if you want to wait and I love the app instead of coins. Ultimately a better experience.

Appreciate larger machines available for comforters, rugs, etc.

I go here almost on a weekly basis and it's a nice place to go. The decor is really modern (in my opinion) and it's kept clean. The staff have been helpful and diligent to their work. The prices compared to other nearby laundromats is reasonable and I haven't found a machine that didn't work (in exception to a change machine once in a while). The only thing I found that I could make a comment on is that it seems sometimes the employee's families and friends tend to gather there in the late hours. At first I thought it was just laundry patrons and their families/friends but then I saw that the employee on duty was letting them in the back areas and even had kids running around and making themselves at home. It's not like they were in my way or anything, nor did they create problems for other customers, but it's just one of those things that you normally don't see people doing "at work". Perhaps this is okay with the owner(s) but in my view it doesn't look very professional for the business. Fortunately all the positives that I listed above doesn't deter me from this great laundromat.

Been coming here once a week since we moved to the area almost a year ago. Staff is always friendly, place is clean, prices are reasonable. They have soaps and dryer sheets for sale if you forget yours. They also have snacks and drinks for sale. And the seating is comfortable chairs and couches. Tvs throughout play a variety of programs to help you pass the time and there are a few arcade games in the back seating area to help entertain the little ones. Thursday are super saver days where it's even cheaper to use the washers but they have deals just about every day for different sized washing machines as well.

The employee was very helpful since I am a first timer. She seemed responsible. Very clean, but $7.75 for a mega (3 comforters) seems a bit high, but it's better than wrecking my machine.
