The place is new and modern, I will give them that. But the staff is not all that friendly. I like to be able to go to a place where I feel welcome, but I did not feel that when I went here unfortunately. I wasn't even greeted when I came in & the attendant seemed agitated about being there.

I am not a regular laundry mat user but when laundry gets backed up at home I always come to Spin It. It’s extremely clean, well managed and low drama. There is always plenty of larger machines and they are all clean. Using the app to pay for my laundry is convenient and easy.

I was in there on Sunday 9/28 and the young lady who was managing the front desk was excellent. She was keeping the clients needs met and was exceptionally friendly.
