71 reviewsI went to this laundromat to was 3 small items and there was a very rude Mexican lady that kept monitoring me she refused to let me put the items in the smaller less expensive washer machine it is the principle I felt very targeted. I almost called ice on her
I was very surprised with the customer services
I experienced on today. I wasn't at the door yet, but the young lady held it open for me until I got to the door. She helped me with my clothes in the washer and dryer. If I had cash on me I would have tipped her, because she didn’t have to help me at all.
Very clean, every washer and dryer working. Will definitely use this facility again.
Best Laundry Around! Clean, safe, and friendly attendants. But you won't pay more for it. Cost is important to me being on a disability income i can't pay extra for a clean and safe laundromat. I love this place, as much as one can enjoy doing laundry. The attendants often help me bring in my laundry in and back to my car. They are always cleaning even before Covid-19. I feel very safe there as well.
Staff seems to be close by to open the door when I'm dragging my clothes inside.-.love that😁!! Facility is always clean annnnnd I've never had any issues with any machine.Great hours/Soap and all the what nots available.
I will never go back to this place again, they Patrol you to make sure you don't put too many clothes in the washing machine and if you do they will come up behind you and say hey that's too many clothes you need to use another washing machine and that the owner is watching the employee watch you, while he watches the store that he owns next door the machines are not clean there's mold underneath the rubber rims of the washing machines on the 2.00 washer they have mold in the soap area...this place is not that great nor is it that clean...I will never go back...
I've done laundry here several times. Lionel is great!!! Some older guy (I'm assuming the owner) came in and started barking orders at my sister. I ignored him and continued starting my laundry. He then went to telling me that we put too much soap in our machines. He also stated there were too many clothes in the machine and made my sister use a larger one. Will not be coming back. He was barking at is like we were invading his territory. If you want to be treated like invaders, go ahead and do your laundry here. I don't want to be here to begin with, it's laundry man!!! Lighten up a little.
Worst laundry environment around. Travelling through in an rv and stopped to wash clothes with my mother, 13 year old twin sons and my two year old daughter. As soon as we walked in we got bad looks and should have left. While loading clothes I had my two year old sitting on the washer I was loading. Her brother had his arm around her. The manager (older asian lady I believe) told me very rudely tjat babies can't be on the washers. I said ok and removed her and finished loading. The manager walked next doir and got the owner. He came up to me and asked what my problem was. I said I didn't have one that I did what I was told. He said no more having problems following the rules or we would have to leave. Then told my son to remove his clothes from the washer and put it in a larger washer because there was too much and too dirty. Extremely rude and unprofessional. We are leaving with wet clothes to go dry else where and will never be back here.
All the machines and dryers are working. they have huge washers so you can wash a ton of things . I didn’t use the smaller washing machines, but the bigger ones, range from $3.50 to 14.50 I believe. And then to dry it’s only a dollar which I thought was good. It’s clean , it’s cool , there’s snacks , there’s a change machine , and there’s somebody there that can direct you or help if needed
I will never go here again. I washed two comforter in the oversized washer and the owner came in and said I put too much soap in the washer. He told me to get my stuff out the washer and get out. He refused to give me my money back. Another customer was washing in a small washer And he said it was over soaped And told him to put it in another machine but he told me I had to get out. I’ve been washing laundry for over 20 years I know what I’m doing. When I took a picture of the soap dispenser it had fabric softer already in it which leads me to believe there was also detergent already in the machine before I put my things in because I didn’t put fabric softer in the machine. I used a small cap from the tiny bottle of detergent from dollar tree. There’s no way that tiny cap made that much soap.
