Facility is always clean, I've never seen a machine broken for very long either. They offer free popcorn, you can buy soap there if you forgot yours, they have multiple different sizes of washer and dryer, and the staff are sweet. 24/7 is also a huge boon. I appreciate this facility

I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time, but lately, it’s become almost unbearable—especially with how hot the weather has been. Doing laundry in this heat, particularly taking clothes out of the dryer, is overwhelming. I’ve spoken with the employees and asked if something could be done, like turning on the AC or at least opening the door for some airflow. They’ve all been polite and understanding, but they’ve told me the same thing. “We’re not allowed to make any changes.”

At this point, it’s clear the issue isn’t with the staff—they’re doing the best they can, but with poor management. It’s hard to understand why, despite multiple complaints, management has made no effort to address such an obvious and uncomfortable problem. The lack of response is not only disappointing, it’s unacceptable. I hope the owner or whoever is in charge takes this seriously and makes immediate improvements.

I love how clean this laundromat is and Safaria was very patient in helping me replace my card as well as transfer my funds to my new card from another card that was not functioning. She was awesome.

I like this laundromat because there’s not a lot of people and the staff is friendly. The only thing I don’t like is that there’s no ramp for us to slide the laundry carts. They just recently started locking the bathroom doors but it’s understandable why.
