Very busy today just left it’s very updated only issue when I asked for help one of the employees smelled very strong of liquor it was over powering so instead I asked the Hispanic girl for help after that, very unprofessional

This was my first time visiting a laundromat in years, and I was impressed. The establishment was clean, the staff was accommodating and friendly. The machines were efficient. I will definitely be back.

I typically go at night to this laundromat, but tonight there was a different employee on duty who seemed to lack training in customer service, diversity, & crises management and conflict resolution. She was very anxious and did not know how to de escalate conflict between customers. She stated verbatim that me and my mother “made her customer feel unsafe” as if we were not paying customers spending over $75 as well. There was never any aggression, violent behavior or hostility demonstrated by us - the paying customers she didn’t consider “her customer”. The employee also lied saying that racist slurs were said & she was being recorded without her consent to get the managers on site quickly. She even threatened to call the police - to which I said “please do, maybe they’ll do a better job at de-escalation”… She never did even thought allegedly “she felt unsafe”.
I will finish spending the rest of my funds on the card (and never come back) but this place is NOT SAFE FOR PEOPLE OF AFRICAN DESCENT. (As suspected)
I feel unsafe.
