My first and last time coming here...The washing attendants are rude and not customer specific. They brush every issue off and I was told its my choice to use a machine like as if my concerns didn't matter. A conversation with the owner is next. He/she will lose business like this ...

I called today to find out information regarding drop off services. When asking my questions I soon realized the female on the spoke limited english. I tried to explain to the best way possible and she just hung up on me. I tried to call back several times and the call went to voicemail. This was highly frustrating, disrespectful, and unprofessional! I am a true believer that respect is due to everyone no matter what, but I also believe that customer service is just as important, and having an individual onsite to assist customers that speak english is just as important. I hope this matter is addressed immediately.
