I usually always go here, and the owner is awesome but my father went here today and he can’t wear a mask due to pre existing medical conditions and the owner is aware and is ok with that, but one of the other girls came in that works there and screamed at my father in hysterics and called the cops on him. Once the cops came and said there’s nothing they can do, she proceeded to creepily record him on her phone while he folded his laundry. She also screamed at my grandmother who was there. It’s really unfortunate and disturbing. The cop said she has the right to refuse their business but she didn’t once ask them to leave, she just screamed at them like a crazy person.

Unprofessional and inattentive to cleaning needs, even if longtime clients. Taking my business elsewhere after several rounds of damaged clothes due to lack of attention on care. I am patient, but third time is a charm. Owner could care less.

The laundromat is very nice but the lady who works there is so rude and stares the whole time with a mean look it really makes me not want to go to this laundromat even though it is very clean and at a good location
