Due to a back condition, I bring my laundry there whenever possible. I am very pleased with the results.

The most unprofessional staff and inconsiderate to the customers when it comes to handling peoples clothes. If you request for a certain person they have someone else do it. If you have a certain way you want your clothes done they disregard and do what ever they want. They have super shrunk my clothes, Bleach Stains on shirts, and put them on the hottest dryer setting leaving burns and fades on my clothes especially New Clothes. This is the 2nd occurance with issues like this and was reimbursed and was assued it would not happen again and it did. Now 4 shorts, 1 cargo paints super shrunk and multiple shirts damaged which the last bill was 70.00 for 2 baskets wow and they gave the money back to me. But it does not cover anywhere near the cost of my clothes i spent my hard earned money on. If you cant treat peoples personal clothes like they were your own and treat them all like trash you will not stay in business for long. And you lost me i am gone.. Stay away from this place do your self a favor thanks.

Used to go a lot, then the Sunday evening attendant decided she needed to oversee and direct my laundry (I am in my 40s). What’s worse is that she got all confrontational and demanded that I be more respectful (I literally just asked her to move out of our way because she was blocking the washer making cutesy faces and trying to get my 6 Y.O. kid’s attention). Really kind of disturbing, and my kid asked me in the car why that lady was scary, why did she want to call the police. Guess I’ll have to find a different spot. Nit a great experience.
