Why can't this place be like any other laundromats around town. When you put bills into the change machine it gives you tokens that don't fit into the machines then you have to go all the back to exchange then for actual quarters.

Getting yelled at and called derogatory names because I asked to borrow a cart since there were absolutely none free. Seems to be a common occurrence here. No help from anyone. "Owner" knew about occurrence and....shocker....did nothing. Too bad. I spend alot of money here but now I'm taking my business somewhere else.

The place is clean and the machines are cared for pretty well. The women's bathroom can be a little messy, but that's the women that use its' fault!

It's clean and well maintained. None of the machines are ever out of order when I come. Which is every Sunday. Everything is good price. But when you have associates that are rude it brings your review down. The white lady has an attitude about having to clean up which is understandable to an extent. Grown adults should clean up after themselves, however she took on this job knowing the responsibilities therefore to catch an attitude is CRAZY. esp to talk to the customers with that same attitude. She needs to learn customer service skills or don't work with the public at all.

Great place to do laundry while relaxing, do your homework or browse internet.

Pros
-Everything well organised and arranged. More than enough number of machines & dryers, trolleys and folding tables.
-Reasonable price, friendly and helping staff, Free Wifi, 2 coin and cash dispenser, Soap dispenser, ATM machine, Coffee vending, Children play area, clean restrooms.

No Cons in my opinion.

Clean. Safe. Laundromat that my kids love. They beg to come with me to the laundromat - no joke. The treats in the vending machine are cheap. The indoor playground is clean.
