I'm shocked at the number of reviews for more than one star for this dump. We live nearby and have taken our stuff here numerous times over many years with lots of problems. The machines are not maintained at all, let alone cleaned properly so your stuff never really gets clean, the dryers have ruined many of our clothes by over heating, creasing permanent wrinkles in them that never come out, or scalding soft blankets into Brillo pads, even when dried on low. Then the next time you go in you have to use a handful of quarters and a ridiculous amount of extra time than necessary to dry a load of towels or sheets that never seem to dry properly. 80% of the machines and dryers are from the 70's and 80's with little to no upkeep, so they just look like they work but really don't or the dispensers are clogged with softener and detergent. There are "newer" dryers in the front that look nice, but are out of order often and not fixed half the time for long periods of time and are always in use once they get around to fixing them. We end up having to use very small, useless, ancient dryers that take half a load at a time to dry. When you have several loads of laundry, this is so ridiculous to deal with. We've also had blankets stolen (seriously, who does that? an old worn out blanket?) The clientele that roll in to this place are scary at times, so that plus the disgusting machines that don't work, and the even more disgusting interior of this place is a no go for us anymore. I refuse to take any of my stuff there after all the things that have been ruined, or not cleaned properly etc. The "hot" water has never been hot either but lukewarm at best. The prices were raised when new ownership took over well over a year ago, and still NOTHING has improved, not even slightly....oh well now there's WiFi while you rip me off and ruin my stuff. Awesome! There has recently been a sign "Thanks for your patience, remodeling coming soon!" that's been there two months now, and still nothing. Gross. We drive across town and use a safe, clean, well maintained, comfortable laundromat that actually cleans stuff, and dries things in 1/2 the time, no issues or crazy, scary people 100% of the time.

Clean, quiet and reasonably priced. Several machines were out of service, which could be a problem during busy times. The new-ish large dryers worked well, actually do regulate temperature, for a change.
