Great place, great location. With machines of many sizes, I can do my separated loads in smaller machines and bulk piles in the brand new monster washers. Pro tip, this popular joint can be busy early so go late if you can.

If you like your hard working money don't use this laundry facility. Their coin machines and management will take your money and give you nothing in return. It's like playing Russian roulette. I tried to exchange a $20 bill so I can dry my clothes and the machine just took the money and exchanged nothing. There is no maintenance numbers listed at the facility so don't even think you'll be able to contact them that day or any day soon. Only an email is provided. Try emailing them and they'll get back to you by the end of the year. When they finally got back to me they asked me why i choose to use their station. What business did I have? Its a laundry station! Are cops are running laundromats now? They told me they checked the machine and nothing was wrong. Due to the lack of complaints I won't be getting a return. Nothings wrong? I'm out $20, I'm sure this is theft, don't use this facility!!!!

I hate this place. I strongly advise taking your clothes elsewhere. I haven't been here in a couple months due to price increases, decrease in tim on dryers and refusal to fix their machines. I returned today for the last time to see they have increased their prices again on the top load washers. On top of that four dryers I used didn't work. After losing money(and no way to recoup it) on all 4 dryers and the time of having to redry my clothes in different dryers I am officially done with this place. The one on Broadway may appear trashy inside but at least their stuff works. People had written broken on many dryers but having used them anyway it is obvious they fixed them. They just couldn't get the marker cleaned off. the owners of this place should be ashamed of themselves but obviously they dont care. But hey, at least its clean I guess.

Completely functional!
I can not advise in whether the prices were too high or anything. I had two bulky blankets that I couldn't get into my home washer. I think I spent $10 giving them a good wash and dry. I used the 5x load washer cause I thought the smaller washers would have the same issue my home washer did.
