GREAT PLACE!! The new owners replaced ALL the equipment, they keep it very clean, never had a single issue. We have been coming here weekly since they opened and it is always very clean and very functional. Summer is it VERY HOT in there. They have 1 nice big fan which helps a little. Thank you for resurrecting this place to it's full potential.

Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear about the holes! Do you remember what machines you used so that I can check them and look for anything that could have caused the snags?
In general though yes both using too much detergent and overloading the machines can both lead to holes. All washer/dryers should be filled no more than about 3/4 full to allow for water (or air) to move freely. If it's too jammed up, zippers and other decorative items are more likely to get caught on other clothes which lead to holes . We appreciate your business and we're sorry to hear that this happened to you!
