So ive been doing my laundry here off and on for a few years now and today was definitely the last time I will be giving my business to this place.
I walked in this morning and was TOLD--not asked, not suggested, I was TOLD that I HAVE TO bring my laundry in b4 getting my quarters. I had just got off work and wanted to grab my quarters b4 heading home to grab my laundry.
I did not realize that was a crime lol The lady who was in there, claimed she was the assistant manager, said "OH I KNOW YOU WON'T BE BACK".
My response to her was "No, actually you dont know that. And u cant accuse everyone who comes in here of doing something they haven't even done yet!". She just continued to be rude and argued with me anyway. I understand that many people probably do go in there to grab quarters and leave. She most definitely needs some education on customer service and how to treat people. Do better ma'am.

Pros: The washers work great, competitive pricing (as far as the washing goes) and, cute decore. The washer and dryers take app pay AND coin payment. I like to support little mom and pop sort of businesses and this is. They also have a store rite next to them so, that's handy.
Cons: dryers don't work very well and that gets a little spendy to dry (comparable to other laundry mats we have tried). sometimes its super dirty (do to clientele and no staff there very often). The people who come in a lot of the time are just rude and disrespectful of the open space that others share....loud music, on speaker phone, making messes and not cleaning up, etc.
