I've been coming here since it started, I come one day no carts no washers , just clothes sitting around -just sitting in washers ...I asked this lady nicely can you empty one of these out. OH NO WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TOO , WE CANT TOUCH no ones clothes...so I got upset and she instantly had an attitude with me , another lady was like here wait for mine , so I was like ok and brushed it off...so then I come and of course I just feel like they treat their own kind (spanish) people better...So one day I was washing my clothes , my clothes just stopped ...I went to look for a cart , they are limited and the same girl was there with a new girl Cardlina or whatever talking spanish , she told her to touch my clothes so the other spanish girls can use my washer in front of me ...the same girl who wouldn't dare touch anyone clothes...so the other girl was just piling up my clothes ,some fell to the floor ...I never left the building ...I SAID ARE YOU KIDDING ME , look at my clothes ...she said...I CAN GIVE YOU ANOTHER FREE WASH ...I said I have to leave you want me to start this all over ...it was the big wash over $12 dollars , yes there prices went up ...I said No when I come next time give me my free wash , I have a life I have things to do ...You touched my clothes and they just finished ...so I come to get my free wash and the girl had amnesia , can't speak English couldn't answer my questions...no boss can answer her calls , all of a sudden the questions and OH his NO ONE CAN Answer, so the manager sees you calling and leaves you in distress.. they DID NOT HONOR MY FREE WASH ...DISGUSTING I SPENT YEARS COMING HERE ....
They want to check cameras now , why you didnt do that when this happened , so she was like I cant get anyone , so I called and he knew the whole story...the girl lied ...im so disgusted .

Came here with my toddler love that they have a kid Friendly area. Very clean, modern, and quiet laundry, staff is very friendly and helpful on uses of washing and drying machines made doing laundry very easy going. Forgot my detergent! they have a list and various products for your laundry needs! Free WiFi , they even have drop off service will definitely be looking into that service, but yes no complaints, def worth checking out facility !

Very clean inside they observe the covid-19 rules seriously I would recommend here they have free dryer as well as fair priced washing machine the area really needed a laundromat cause the other one is far away on union Ave if you don't drive you gotta walk from this end to down there with your clothing Winter Time coming too ty for this laundromat
