Never had any issues here. There are frequently broken washers and dryers, but they're clearly labeled and there are plenty of others available here so I have never run into an issue of being unable to do my laundry. It can get crowded at times, but going early when it opens is your best bet.

Actual tables to work at and quick WiFi
Clean bathrooms, machines, and facilities
Vending (drinks and snacks)
Actual coin operated machines (I avoid facilities that require a pre-purchased loaded card)
Gas station right next door for a more varied snack/drink selection
