Like the new machines the only downfall that I still have with this laundromat is that there's no bathroom

Thanks for the review. We have considered a bathroom. However, there is an element of people in the neighborhood that would abuse that convenience. Some day we may open one up with a timed lock feature. Thank you for the suggestion

I use this laundromat every week. 5 am seems to be the best time to go but this always seems to be what I find when I get there. Sometimes there will be several people sleeping inside with all their belongings in tow. Being able to move around to get to a washer or dryer is almost impossible, and that's if there are any clothing carts available as well as the folding tables. The prices are very good and the manager and cleaning staff are wonderful but it's very discouraging when you go in to this situation.

Tammy. Thanks for mentioning this. Although it would be better if you called the manager and let us know right away. Then we can ask the loitering people to leave and ask police assistance if needed. The managers number is on the bill changer. He is most likely awake at that time. It is a challenge of having a laundromat open 24 hours for everyone’s convenience. It does get taken advantage of from time to time. We greatly appreciate your using our laundromat every week. You are exactly the customer we want. Anything we can do to make your experience better we will gladly do.
