I dropped in to get the wash/dry/fold service as I was running out of clean clothes. So glad I choose to go here. Dinah is super friendly and accommodating. Dinah also lets you choose your preferred type of detergent etc. My clean, dry and neatly packaged clothes were ready in 3 hours!! Would recommend to anyone traveling through New Orleans 👍

Dinah was really amazing. She is super friendly and helpful and did a great job removing a stain from my wife's dress. She also does a beautiful job wrapping up the laundry and adding a handwritten note ❤️

Excellent service at a very fair price. This is an honest and well-run business. Coming here saved me a lot of money as opposed to using the hotel laundry service which would have cost 10x what I paid here. My clothes were given back to me clean, unwrinkled, and folded meticulously. And same day service if you arrive early enough. Wish I could give her more stars.

Great place, fantastic staff! I needed to do my laundry on vacation and the staff was super helpful. This is probably the best laundromat I've ever been to and if I lived nearby I'd be going to them every time.

The owners didn't say anything as I walked in (an obviously young anxious female tourist) - I'd not done laundry in the US before and when I asked how this specific laundrette's system works, they condescendingly asked me if I'd "ever done laundry before" and wouldn't answer my question about cash or card until having finished sarcastically explaining how I need to "put my clothes in the washer first, then put some detergent in" etc. - after I left to get cash out I took my business elsewhere. The laundrette on Rampart were twice as kind and twice as efficient.

edit: responding to a review not by changing your rude attitude but justifying it and sending insults to someone a quarter your age did not eat the way u thought it did babes 🤣 bit embarassing
