We came in 3:40 asking politely if we could get our clothes washed, we didn’t know the last wash was at 3:30 as we were rushing to do last minute things before we left New Orleans, we came in and the lady was rude, no hi how can I help you, just straight up aggressive and yelling infront of everyone, she said “I close at 5” told her that’s okay but just letting you know your hours are different on google as it says 6pm on maps, she laughed in our faces and said yeah well I can’t change that can I, was really rude we came in politely, I don’t know how this place as 4.8 rating, I do not recommend at all, especially if your a tourist.

This place was a lifesaver. Dinah was a delight. The prices were reasonable and she was nice enough to provide detergent. If you're going to use the drop off wash and fold service it's $4.50 per pound.

Suds Dem Duds is a fabulous laundry service in the French Quarter. We dropped our laundry off in the morning and it was delivered clean and expertly folded to our hotel the same day. Dinah is very sweet and it’s evident she loves what she does. The stress of doing laundry on vacation is total taking care of by this great service.

My brother and I went to this place after i looked at the reviews. This its an amazing place and the owner is very sweet! She has been helpful and she has good prices if you want to drop off laundry. The owner, my bro, and I were watching tiny videos off of my phone and listening to music. We even shares some gummy candy. Thank you for the candy shark! Lol I will definitely come back.
